That ´s normal in a recession, wich started with the financial crisis in the U.S. while George Bush was still president (and it wasn´t his fault, let´s be fair with that). And Bush spent/burnt Billions on wars, killed thousands of american troops (and even more irakis). Spending money in an economic crisis is NORMAL and a MUST, because you´ve got to get involved in the economy (any economican would agree on that).

Deploy a massive task force of Special Operations Soldiers with all of the support they requested. and Handle it. You win a war by defeating an enemy on his soil. not yours.
