  • All this tech stuff an yes a big hammer arr sweet !

  • I dont think that the set screws and dimples in the shaft will hold up very well in the real world. You should try and find something with a splined shaft I think that would be a sure thing but thats just my 2 cents:)

  • I hate tech stuff music'd over.

  • How big is the motor?

  • It's an Advanced DC 9.1" The specs are all over the internet and linked from my bog: RAVolt com

  • music has no perpuse in this, but nice crap

  • Like the music and the video. Thanks for the little debate on dimple and keys.

  • Beatles, dreadful? I'm calling Sgt Pepper to come get you.

  • loose the f,n poor excuse for music, buy a microphone, we are not cows !!!

  • Very very interesting. Thanks for showing this. I'm picking up tips from it for my own EV conversion. Must say that's dreadul music though mate. :)

  • Dimple in the shaft? Any mechanical slip joint over 1 HP should be keyed. Sorry, but that will fail in no time.

Regardless, great job guys, nice vids :)

  • The shaft is keyed for rotational torque! The dimple is to prevent movement along the shaft.
