There is no Forward Motion rule in Ireland. Most tables have an actual line. You can still hover chips over the and it still ain't a call. You pretty much have to place them over the line in one motion and release them before it is binding! Now drop your chips in one at a time and it's a string bet cause you might get a tell...

I do not understand. Why did Candio has to call on the turn? He made a move to a call but he did not put his chips in the middle (he did not put them on the table). It's not the same situation which happened one year ago when one guy put his chips in the middle and turn them back (he still held them in his hands). This was controversial! But not this situation!
