People don't have to be fooled- the answers are found in God's Word. The Bible is one of the oldest books that exist and it contains 10,000 plus prophecies that have been fullfilled and will be. Science has never been able to disprove it and never will. Around easter I took mushrooms to have a spiritual experience. Coincidently I was watching the celestine prophecy, but at one point I put it on pauze and started hearing a voice inside. It asked me if I wanted to know the answers I was looking for, I had to do different things which felt like a ritual, lasting 1 hour, and at the end, when I was facing the tv with my back, it said wait 5 seconds and then turn around, and you will see

God gives us all free will to decide what we want and you have made a decision for yourself and that is fine. Walsch would support you deciding for yourself too. Walsch's writings give me an inner peace and a want to do no one any harm. I don't see that as a bad thing or of Satan or demons.
There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.

And the bible was not "written and rewrote many times". Most good translations always go back to the ancient texts and translate from them. The discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls prove that the bible we have today is the same as they had thousands of years ago.
Jesus told my ex-brother to commit felony perjury and watched him do this and my ex-brother also told me once that God told him to shoot me in the head with a deer rifle. So as for Jesus I don't think I will believe in separation theology. But I think for you and my ex-brother it is fine. I do not believe in a God who thinks he is too good for me that I have to seek an intermediary to intercede for me to approach and speak to God and that God can't be speaking with a low life like me.
That is sad. There are a lot of people who hear a voice inside their head and think it is God speaking to them. In your brothers case I think it is the devil. Well all illness is sad. Devil or Satan? I believe in neither of those. I think tho with my ex-brother is just his psychosis and mental illness but nothing to do with devils or demons. But even Walsch questions if he heard God or not he has a hard time believing it. Even Walsch says he might be wrong and for ppl to decide for themselves what is true or not. That seems like an open and loving attitude for me. I read Walsch' stuff like I read the bible for just the concept only and truth.
I ask that you keep an open mind as well and read this book before you are so quick to judge what it teaches. The voice of God comes to all of us. Some just choice to not listen or to hear a different voice. I certainly have no doubt that Walsch heard the voice of God and if it was the devil as you say..lol..then I must be of devil seed because his words sounds like a much more peaceful way of life to me.
Sad that this is what a Christian would have you believe isn't it. It makes me never want to call myself a Christian again :( My God is not a fearful God he is a loving God and speaks to all who will listen. Walsch's books helped me to trust that voice inside and to understand the inward and the outward world much better. We learn to take responsibility for our actions and intentions in life. I encourage you to follow your soul and trust that God will speak to any life that listens :0)
Most of Christianity is not bad, the teachings of love and not judging are good. And when you realize that it is a book over 2000 years old and that most ppl at that time could not read or write and were not very educated it served a good purpose to help ppl to see with parables that in living a moral life there is good for all. Those still are not bad concepts, but some of the teachings such as separation theology and such and that I am not worthy to approach God without Jesus well?

Repenting is not the same as asking forgiveness. "Repent" means to change your mind. Jesus was not killed because he did good things, Jesus was killed because it was politically correct. Even the Judge Pilate himself said i can see where you did not wrong. But Pilate's job was on the line with Rome to keep the Jews happy and they wanted Jesus dead. It is like when Mike Nifong was prosecuting the Duke lacrosse players for rape. Not for what they did but for what he could gain politically. But religions and politics often support each other.

That seems like an open and loving attitude for me. I read Walsch' stuff like I read the bible for just the concept only and truth.

I ask that you keep an open mind as well and read this book before you are so quick to judge what it teaches. The voice of God comes to all of us. Some just choice to not listen or to hear a different voice. I certainly have no doubt that Walsch heard the voice of God and if it was the devil as you say..lol..then I must be of devil seed because his words sounds like a much more peaceful way of life to me.

Sad that this is what a Christian would have you believe isn't it. It makes me never want to call myself a Christian again :( My God is not a fearful God he is a loving God and speaks to all who will listen. Walsch's books helped me to trust that voice inside and to understand the inward and the outward world much better. We learn to take responsibility for our actions and intentions in life. I encourage you to follow your soul and trust that God will speak to any life that listens :0)

Most of Christianity is not bad, the teachings of love and not judging are good. And when you realize that it is a book over 2000 years old and that most ppl at that time could not read or write and were not very educated it served a good purpose to help ppl to see with parables that in living a moral life there is good for all. Those still are not bad concepts, but some of the teachings such as separation theology and such and that I am not worthy to approach God without Jesus well?

I agree with you :0) I believe in Jesus..but I have a hard time believing that Jesus is the only way to God. We are not separate from God...unless we choose to be, and even still you are never truley separate.

thts wht i used to believe that is in God and Jesus. i am leaving that for now. it feels so wrong to me. yes Jesus saves and keep preaching his name. but my friend something is changing within me. the church (without knwing it) has done me wrong twice. if God really wants me then in the end I will be with Him. If he exists. now i go on my journey for enlightment. Bleessed BE. my frined blessed be. may u know the truth for evermore.

"conversations with God" is not biblicaly sound. It teaches that there is no such thing as sin, and therefore no need to repent.

If you give good things to the world it can only bring you good in your life. Be grateful for that knowing. If you do bad things and your intentions in life are bad or not in line with GODS WILL then only bad or negative will come to your life....that is the basis of the conversations book...I think in the end we judge ourselves worse then GOD ever could. I do not fear GOD ...I trust what I co-created for myself with love and peace for a better world..

Yeah in a way Jeffery Dohmner did create his dinner. We don't understand his way of thinking just like we can't understand the baby rapist mind. No one stated that it was okay for Jeffrey Dohmner to create meals out of humans. I don't know why you had to go there. Jesus died to save us from our sins. Not to condem us for our sins. We ARE forgiven. Isn't that the sacrafice Jesus made for us in his death.

My ex brother is a Christian he saw you can do all the sins you want and hurt and lie about anyone you want as long as you ask for forgiveness you get it. Then you you can go on your way doing more Christian sin. I think Christians need to clean up their own filthy house before they go out looking to JUDGE others. Stay with other Christians like your self and leave ppl of peace alone.

I don't have a brother I have an ex-brother and I neither love nor hate him. I treat him like Walsch says to he is one of those people who does not know but thinks he does know. God and Walsch say to avoid these people as they are dangerous. And my ex-brother is Christian and dangerous. I stay as far from him as possible just don't need that Christian hatred in my life. I pray that he stays with the Christians and away from decent folks is all.

I suppose it could be a cult a Christian based cult but I think it is more likely he is just a criminal asshole who professes Christianity as a reason he needs to lie and steal and hurt others with his Christianity but as long as he stays with others of his kind and away from decent folks he can hurt no one who is of any consequence so is fine.

Wow..so now if your IndianaJesusfreak your not a sinner at all. Just because someone is not of your faith does not mean they are not born of God. Children of God are also sinners. I have to say the biggest sin committed by children of God is usally casting stones and being hatters because they are constanley judging others.

I am a sinner, but I do not make a habit of sinning. I was replying to bigdog49094 who said that an ex-brother thinks he can sin all he wants and just ask forgiveness. When we sin we must repent. Repenting is not the same as asking forgiveness. "Repent" means to change your mind. If someone deliberately sins, thinking they can say some magic words and be forgiven, they are not really sorry for their sins.

Jesus was not killed because he did good things, Jesus was killed because it was politically correct. Even the Judge Pilate himself said i can see where you did not wrong. But Pilate's job was on the line with Rome to keep the Jews happy and they wanted Jesus dead. It is like when Mike Nifong was prosecuting the Duke lacrosse players for rape. Not for what they did but for what he could gain politically. But religions and politics often support each other.

While I agree that we should try and do as much good as we can I don't believe that doing good ensures that good things will happen to us in this life. Many people have given good things and been treated terribly.

Well Walsch says in his books two best days of your life are the day you are born and the day you die. I can believe that. And if so although the Jews and Pilate thought they were destroying Jesus they really did nothing to him. Good or bad are just concepts individuals have. Do you think my ex-brother does crimes cause he thinks they are bad? No he truly believes that his acts glorify his Christian God. A God so weak that he can't not make it with out my ex-brother helping him out.

My ex-brother can do what ever he wants to do, he was given free will like I was. Walsch's books infer that God's greatest gift to us was free will. Dr. Dyer and Walsch both believe that even our enemies were sent here to allow us our experience and they too are blessed. Is the reason Hitler went to heaven no other place for Hitler to go.
