Question, who's stuck with the bill when the person walks from the home? I believe it's ultimatley the taxpayers who is on the hook, because the gov. will just provide another Bailout to the banks.
@drumsmetalheavy11 It all depends... could be the investor, could be former homeowner, or it could be the mortgage insurance company. too many variables to make a board statement.
