@nightflight83 Well it's not completely without merit, I totally understand why there is a lasting animosity but I you can't change history by living retrospectively. I want to feel like I live in a world where it can't happen again ANYWHERE by ANY race. But thats asking to much. This country has had its dark moments but I'm pretty happy that I am part of it as it is today. And I would be happy being an American as well.

I am Scottish-Irish so you would think that I would have red hair but thanks to the Romans, Normans, Saxons and an assortment of Vikings I have hair that's almost black and a year round tan. The worlds population as a whole is just a grab bag of genetics from old invasions, trade routes and travels. Conquest is as old as time and its not specific to Europeans, there was a technology gap that really fueled the fire.

@sourheartroasie The indiginous of Americas are of Asian race. They do have dark skin yes, but being of African race (black), NO they're not. Native Americans are specifically of the norther Asian race, Turkic Mongoloid per say. They all have darker skin in areas where they're exposed to sun and tropical weathers. In cold areas they're skin turn Red, hence they're known for "Red Indians". F.Y.I. Pal.

Thank you for posting this video. My mother, of Choctaw heritage, had scars on her back from white kids that would throw rocks and hit her with sticks when she was forced to attend White schools in the late 1920's and early 1930's. So, so sad but very seldom, if ever, is this heard of, how the Native American Indian was and is still treated. Compare their salaries to most others in the acting industry. Taylor Locklear is the exception and God Bless him for breaking through that boundary.

They massacred 90% of their population, and the other 10% were sent to the isolation areas, and outbreeded in one way or another. Absolutely deprived them from their lost, & made them forget their own identity, culture, faith, and what have left after their massacres. They're languages are almost close to extinct. Today they get cheques in isolated areas & if they come to cities, they can't claim those cheques.

Yeah, we did some shit. Who hasn't? Times change, what happened was wrong but look at the west today. You cant find a safer more socially progressive place to live. Saying the west is pretty vague , so just say were talking about Canada in particular. Everyday its population gets more culturally diverse, and with that diversity we come closer to a peace and understanding that transcends skin color/creed. You cant find that in a mono culture. one day we will all be the same light brown anyways.

Look at central Asia civilization and culture, there is a mixed race and some countries still is a refelction of such amalgamation. Not too advanced today, but they were pretty advanced in their time and very diverse. There is nothing socially in west that East didn't experience it before.

I adore native american culture/spirituality, but let's face it, while europeans developed their civilisation and trained their muscle, natives in America just enjoyed themselves, nature provided everything they needed.
World is ruled by power, not with that nature oriented mentality of Indians.
It's about time, when goverments will unite under one international order. They will liquidate any nationalistic feelings of our children.
