I am living in Britain and i was wondering if there is any Orthodox churches in Britain, because as you know most of the christians here are either Protestant or Roman catholic, i'm very interested in the different denominations of Christianty. Thank You
@shamir137 I can help you with that-yes,there are churches in Britani,a really famous place for Orthodox is the Essex monastery,as far as I remember. If you want we can contact via email :)

@religionorthodox the city of newcastle in northern England but as far as i'm concerned there are no orthodox ones here, but there is one which is coptic near where i live.
@shamir137 Orthodox Christians are not in communion with the Coptic Church or with the Uniats or the so called Catholic Orthodox Churches. :) Have a look what I found for you:

@shamir137 Yes Shamir there are Orthodox churches in Great Britain. You should be able to search Google or your favorite search engine and find them.

@shamir137 Just tell me where exactly in the North - Scotland or England, which city? Cause as far as I know there are they are predominantly Greek.
