i almost have to ask, where are the panteras now...if they are so great where are they all at? I've seen one in my life and no others...I've seen 7 Ferarri Enzo, many a diablo, murcielago, and even countach, vipers, 911 gt3's even 2 maclaren F1 but one pantera that can't even compare to any of the forementioned...in immaculate condition you can buy on for under 40K...the car is beautiful don't get me wrong but it's elusiveness is the only thing that keeps my interest...that's it...

someone took the miura project and put a new name on it...reading the other comments, i seriously think the DeTomaso Pantera was a revival of the GT40, no joke. and they put far too much money into the new incarnation of the GT to call it a Pantera, the supposed sports car for everyday people...hmm...

V-10's ok but I'd rather have that classic rumble normally associated with a Pantera. Short Ansa headers and a grumbling V-8 just sounds goooooood!!!!!
