I wish I could talk to Mayor Nutter. I think he is a good Mayor, but....
My cousin is about 60 years old and works 50 hours a week. This week he snuck a cigarette down the subway when it was not busy because he missed his train. He got a citation and went to court, they want him to pay $167.00 bucks & 25 hrs of community service.

This was such a fun, community building day! I was bummed to walk down my street Monday to find it dirtier than it started. :( A work in progress I suppose.
