@janohermano its not that the characters are easy its that they are really the most skilled at advantage when it comes to fighting. You can master Gen and fight a master ryu. ur always gonna be at a disadvantage its not how easy the character isto use. its the character.

in this match daigo look good but mago gave daigo too much respect in this match by giving into daigo style letting him take control of the match

Wow, when Daigo missed that Ultra at 2:09 , Mago must have been like "HELL YES!". But then he ended up jumping into a fireball...-_-0

They both must have been under a lot of pressure at the end there, it was the grand final after all. Good stuff!

it wouldnt have connected doesnt matter if he can istantly do it... the metsu haoken has a slow start up and would ve never hit the body.

actually he didn't miss, he just chose not to fire. he had plenty of time, and the ultra would definitely have connected. Daigo can execute Metsu Hadoken in 0.5s

I think Daigo knew he wouldn't be able to land that one in time and backed off trying it. Sagat wasn't popped up in the air like he would be normally because the EX DP landed at it's peak which gave Daigo less time then normal to land the Ultra.

Basically you had to know it was going to turn out that way to land the Ultra in that scenario. Super fast reaction time isn't going to cut it most of the time.

yeah i think you are right, sagat didnt seem to float high enough for a juggle. good eyes though. and even better eyes for Daigo.

Daigo had plenty of time to land that ultra. He was probably going for the fadc > throw and wasn't expecting the 2nd tiger knee

i think maybe you are mistaken. its not that he missed the ultra juggle, its just that he had no meter. but maybe im wrong. i dont know.

as 483boi said, maybe he judged that it wasnt enough for a juggle. so he didnt go for it.
