I am having problems with ejection w/ Win. White Box. I took the extractor out cleaned it and put it back in and it is still fte. Any ideas, seems to be wwb brass only, steel does good. Can you buy XD parts online to install or do you have to send your gun to springfield armory?
@TheNopedawg I would take it to a local gun shop and see if they can shed any light on the situation. Call around to a few shops too, not just one (some will work on em, some won't b/d springfield doesn't offer any armoror's courses at this point I don't believe). Will it eject the rounds fine when you are just cycling through a mag manually and not shooting it?
Excellent video!! Good detail shots and great narration and verbal instructions. Dude -- You have to come up with some cash to get a decent set of punches and a small brass or nylon hammer. I'm surprised that you did not mar the finish on a couple of pieces using that carpentars hammer assortment of non-punch punches. AGAIN - excellent video series.
Hey Razor, great work, ouch, get smooth jaw pliers. I did from eBay. Also pin punches will be straight sided. And how about a $9 chasing hammer, it keeps from overstriking. And maybe a wheeler bench block too. Otherwise good work, very clear and instructive.
