Not all, The Rexes and Banzibills were not,As well as the Mega Mole and Monty mole. And tecnicly, This is from Super mario Allstars' SMB3 Gfx. Oh And the Fuzzys and the Non shelled koopas are orignal too.

As far as the hack, i'm not a big fan of Mario 3 music being used in anything other than Mario 3.. it does work to some extent in this hack, since it's kinda based on mario 3, but still.. :/
