Overall the loss can be from several percent to 1/3 or more depanding on the community, weather, level of enforcememt, and level of non-compliance. Within that it was found in Hawaii that upscale wine bars had no loss while late night clubs lost 20-30. Some small working class bars lost 50% or more and had smoking rates of customers as high as 2/3.
