What is cheaper? Buying the whole palette or getting a teal shadow such as Shimmermoss , buy Delft paintpot, and use any dark gray we all have???!!!

the waterproof rimmel exaggerate liner is to die for, its comparable to urban decays 24/7 and its under 4 bucks at wal mart. very creamy and glides on perfectly and stays put, pretty colors as well
