I want ziva and tony together too but I also really dont want them together. Tony is perfect as he is and in a relationship it would be weird. And Tony and Ziva together would just be awful for the show. And I luv the show so much.

It might work if the writers don't focus on their relationship so much after they get together and just touch on it lightly. People don't seem to get "subtle is better" and couples ruin shows b/c writers have to shower us with all these feelings and kissing and all that after they get together. A little, subtle gesture showing love is tons better than a makeout scene. Or they can just establish that the couple is official but wait until the end of the show to finally get them together. :P
