  • Are you using a two-stroke or a four-stroke mower? because I've never come accross a four-stroke mower before, but there'd be lubrication problems with using a gas in a two-stroke no?

  • for gods sake, they where running hydrogen cars during world war 2, old "but good" technology.....................

  • way to be Green..!

  • HINDENMOWER OH THE HUMANITY

  • @nshamblin they have, its called the Honda hrx.

  • sure would be nice if someone would actually come up with something new. what ever happened to American genius

  • FAKE

  • ill do you one better, i have a 1970s pushmower in my garage that runs on the turning power of the wheels it gets thousands of hours per gallon in fact i havent had to refuel it since i bought it and im atleast the third owner

  • How did you compress the hydrogen?

  • My nintendo ds could record better quality video without a camera.

  • Do you have a method for controlling the amount of H2 to the carb. Does it deliver in spurts or just full pressure? Thank you

  • The excess water waters the lawn for you anyway. =)

  • gentlemen behold!!!

  • I think people have gotten confused. The tank contains pure H2 not HHO. If you did put HHO into a tank and tried to get the pressure up to 2400psi you would have a bomb which would have gone off long before the pressure got to 2400psi.

  • Haha HHO makes up a hydrogen bomb... and to think the Iranians and North Korea are spending billions into purifying Uranium.

  • If you are injecting hydrogen directly to the intake valve, how are you admitting and regulating O2?

  • O2 comes with the air which I do not regulate. Let the engine have all the air it can take.

  • hey how does it not ruin your engine? when hydrogen burns with air it turns into water and water is really bad for engines. sooooooo hmmm

  • as H2 burns in excess air gaseous water (4000 deg F steam) is formed with the excess air primarily N2 and is pushed out during the exhaust stroke as exhaust gases. Avoiding liquid water contact with the cylinder & piston and thus avoiding water from ruining the engine

  • @h2mowerguy

how long does it take to refill the tank, at 2400psi wouldn't you have to go slow?

  • @shinyfuzzy When gas burns in an engine it make water also...so hmmm...

  • @shinyfuzzy Late response I know, but for others who are reading...

Did you know that petrolium (gasoline) combustion also produces water or steam. This can be seen on a cold morning dripping out of the exhaust pipe. as mowerguy said, it is exhausted as steam and never stays in the engine to make it rust

  • I bought a F-16 Pulse King on ebay and my HHO went crazy. I believe they are experimenting with this in now.

  • what does pulse king have to do with HHO

  • how much hydrogen does it take to run, and how long does it run for and how long did it take u to make that much hydrogen?

  • id be scared that i would blow myself up

  • sounds just like a petrol lawnmower cool :)

  • HHO Put into a tank turns into fluid and that is how a Hydrogen Bomb is made!!!

    So be careful!!!!!!!

  • a hydrogen bomb isn't made by putting HHO into a tank into fluid ... a H-bomb is either a fission or fusion or combined fission and fusion reaction releasing vast quantities of energy from relatively small amounts of matter.

  • I red something that said if you putt it into a tank it turns into a fluid and that is how a bomb is made i guess it was wrong.

    Sorry.

  • @trytops007 also hydrogen bomb is not produced by normal hydrogen,a very scarce hyrogen isotope deuterium and even more scarce istotope tritium

  • Did you have to change the spark timing?

  • I changed it a number of times to see which worked best. Due to the waste spark set up on this motor, I ended up back at the gasoline factory setting. After partial tear down of this engine found the exhaust valve opens before intake closes. It's a tempermental beast to keep running but it proved gas engines can be converted by a non-mechanic for $25 to run on hydrogen. Plus tank and regulator. Water vapor emissions. Deliver useful work to their owners today not 50 or 10 years from now.

  • runs 2 rough and too grainy of vid 2 believe its real

  • It was a pretty bad camera for video, borrowed digital cam. But it is real.

  • I helped convert the engine and was the person holding the camera. You don't have to take my word for it. Convert an engine on your own. If you don't have similar results buy stripping the gasoline tank, air intake filters, and running a copper line to the intake port of the engine from a Hydrogen tank, then you can claim it to not be real. If you're worried about a high pressure gas being able to back burn on itself, put a flashback arrestor on the line transporting the Hydrogen gas. Have fun.

  • the first car in the driveway is a 89 chevy eurosport. Just cause there is a big tank on the lawnmoer does not mean it is running on hydrogen. Pleas show use more detail.

  • Believe it or not that's a good car. It's comfortable and drive 72 or so miles per day. It may not look like much, but there are no loans that need to be repaid on it. It was purchased for $500 dollars needing only about $200 in repairs. As for more details look at the my post just above this one.

  • That is really awesome.

I would like to know how much PSI is in the compressed hydrogen tank.

    Thank you.

  • Thanks. The max pressure in the tank was 2400psi. I regulated it down to between 5&10psi

  • Oh wow, thats high, thanks for info

  • you dont show a very good picture in your video, can you post a clear and more descriptive picture

  • why did u add the old effect to this?? can you post the original??

  • Couple reasons: First, hydrogen could have been our fuel for the last 100 years. Second, I'm in the photo and no one needs to see me. I will not be posting the original which really isn't much better due to the equipment. I anticipate that a film crew producing a documentary may have a much better video of us.

  • Nice one , I bet the exhaust is clean.

  • The exhaust is real clean. The muffler was quite blacken prior to the conversion and now it's like new.
