I remember seeing her live in the early 80s at the Cap Center in Maryland. She did Stand Back and EVERYONE in the place was dancing. It was 20 minutes of sheer, total joy.

I remember seeing her live in the early 80s at the Cap Center in Maryland. She did Stand Back and EVERYONE in the place was dancing. It was 20 minutes of sheer, total joy.

This song can't fail but the times were such that it was almost necessary to be high to survive...and they all were and it clouded the clarity of their performance...could have been better if they weren't bombed out on every drug available...times were such that alot of karma was being worked out all at once..

Then she got hooked on klonipins and it took 37 days for her to get off those damn klonipins. And that was it. Plain and simple. Quit beating a dead horse!
