  • .....I am still on the journey towards my weight loss & wellness goals but wow the difference that "I'm gonna do it my way" voice makes is powerful. You are really motivating people so the effects its had on you is rippling on into others- its awesome well done. Thanks for sharing.

  • @lucyinatree that REALLY is superb to hear, well done and thank you

  • ... I was on the meds for 5 years & it was so detrimental to me physically & mentally I had had enough - seriously on the edge of coping when a switch went on in me and I decided to 'do it my way' also it was then that I began to change and my mood lifted and my anxiety has improoved a great deal...

  • Fantastic! Well done! I love how you decided to 'do it your way'. Thats ultimatly the only way that fits us properly - as I am finding myself. I gave up all anti depressant/anti-anxiety meds in favour of the natural drug endorphins from exercising....

  • @39stonecyclist

How did you stay motivated/ what tips would you give there?

What does it feel like/how does it feel emotionally to get your goal of being thin?

Thanks for sharing your story! Amazing!

  • @Dan0101010101010

Motivation wasnt an issue as I found something I enjoyed, and thats the tip i'd always give out, cycling worked for me, but you have to find whats right for YOU

It feels like im on top of the world, I have never been 13 stone in my life. apart from when I passed it on the way upto 40 stone

  • This is freaking awesome! I want to hop on my bike now.

  • wow!

  • Great job!!! I started riding my bike again three weeks ago. I am trying to lose 50lbs. Your video is extremely inspirational!! Great Job!!!!

  • @p1jenkins Good luck

  • Brill, just brill. I only weighed 13 8 but that was heavy for me. I come back from my holiday about 3 weeks ago and thought I need to get out and do something. The wife bought me a real nice bike for my Birthday and I've lost 1 stone in three weeks. Just another 8 pounds and I will be happy. When it hurts I think of you at what you have achieved and dig in deeper. I will let you know how I go. I will need a new wardrobe as well as the bike so she best get saving. Nice one again.
