.....I am still on the journey towards my weight loss & wellness goals but wow the difference that "I'm gonna do it my way" voice makes is powerful. You are really motivating people so the effects its had on you is rippling on into others- its awesome well done. Thanks for sharing.
... I was on the meds for 5 years & it was so detrimental to me physically & mentally I had had enough - seriously on the edge of coping when a switch went on in me and I decided to 'do it my way' also it was then that I began to change and my mood lifted and my anxiety has improoved a great deal...
Fantastic! Well done! I love how you decided to 'do it your way'. Thats ultimatly the only way that fits us properly - as I am finding myself. I gave up all anti depressant/anti-anxiety meds in favour of the natural drug endorphins from exercising....
@39stonecyclist Im a stone overweight and Ive start cycling about two weeks ago to try lose it and I thought it was a mamoth task but after watching this video I know its going to be easy.keep up the good work, your site was an interesting read
@39stonecyclist Cheers, ill let you know how I get on.ive been feeling great cycling I try do 10k a day,its as much as I can do at the moment, but its hard with the weather in Ireland, havent lost any weight yet but in the new year im giving up the beer and taking a good look at what I eat
You are definately an inspiration to me. I am a person coming from a weight very close to yours. I have aready lost about 170 pounds and yes I know the struggle. It is indeed a long journey but it will be worth it.
Motivation wasnt an issue as I found something I enjoyed, and thats the tip i'd always give out, cycling worked for me, but you have to find whats right for YOU
It feels like im on top of the world, I have never been 13 stone in my life. apart from when I passed it on the way upto 40 stone
Brill, just brill. I only weighed 13 8 but that was heavy for me. I come back from my holiday about 3 weeks ago and thought I need to get out and do something. The wife bought me a real nice bike for my Birthday and I've lost 1 stone in three weeks. Just another 8 pounds and I will be happy. When it hurts I think of you at what you have achieved and dig in deeper. I will let you know how I go. I will need a new wardrobe as well as the bike so she best get saving. Nice one again.
