If you look at the Nix or Muchmore footage, you can see him jumping off of the car behind them(the S.S. car) and onto the President's Limo. Kennedy wore a backbrace preventing his spine from bending, due to his chronic back pain. If one looks closely, his body jerks forwards for about 3 frames, and then launches itself backwards. The kinetic energy of the bullet converts to spring potential energy due to the compression of the backbrace, and then it relaxes by sending Kennedy's body backwards. A shot from the front would have done the opposite. It's REALLY hard to ignore the fact that he moves FORWARDS first, THEN back.

The one thing that puzzles me is that the President was obviously in great peril, clutching his throat because of a bullet wound and the driver actually slows the car to a crawling pace. After looking at this stabilized clip, I have no doubt in my mind that both Greer (The Driver) and Kellerman (sitting next to Greer) were in on it. No doubt in my mind.
The slow down and the double look back for the driver.
Look 1: Is he dead yet, nope still moving.
Look 2: He looks back, waiting.... Head shot... Speed away.
Kellerman looks back and then looks forward like nothing out of the ordinary is happening. Logically, Kellerman would look again but he ducks instead cause he knew.

Not sure what you read but JFK's driver was William Greer and he was indeed secret service. Had been secret service since 1945. Retired in 1966 due to stomach ulcer, maybe guilt for being part of it.

@TheMotionMan112 There's no point in arguing, he has no proof aside from "Shut up, it was purchased by the CIA even though I have no evidence". Any changes to the Zapruder film would pop up on a steroescopic viewer and no changes were found when viewed on it.
