Wow!I never knew they made a video for this song.I know Panic In Jane was also a single released off of this cd.What a great album Seven is.Don't Ask Me Why was a great song on that album.I wish they would play that over Forever All Over Again when they do their acoustic set in the middle of their live show.Jack& Kelly are amazing singers/songwriter/musicians.Brad and Jeff were amazing guitar players too.Seven is a very underrated album.
What Little Joe says about this being one of the most underrated albums is so true. Having been a fan of them since their first album, Midnight Madness, and all their MCA releases, I was even more impressed when they were able to showcase their own sound after being released from their "80's pop" obligations. Both Seven and Neverland sadly are often mentioned, but is truly some of their best works...just my opinion.
krismurphy22: I, too, love this record. Fantastic songwriting. Of course, the band has Jack, right? [laughs] Night Ranger was never a run-of-the-mill hard rock group.
P.S. Midnight Madness isn't the band's first album, by the way. But I'm sure you know this (and just made a blunder).
I figured as much. Clearly you know your Night Ranger (ha, ha). I put the first solo albums from Jeff (Watson) and Brad on my iPod this morning. Kind of in a Night Ranger / Brad & Jeff mood these days.
I pulled out my old VHS copy of 7 Wishes Tour the other night. Rockin'. Man, the boys sure know how to put on a show! My only experience seeing the band was when it was down to Brad, Kelly and ... that Moon guy. This was in Buffalo (I am in Toronto). It was in a club and EXCELLENT.
It's hard to believe, but it is true. While so many 80s metal bands were releasing CDs about this time (1997) that were just horrid as they tried to be "modern", Night Ranger released "Seven", which was awesome and fit comfortably with Dawn Patrol, Midnight Madness, etc. It was just a great rock record.
@smitchix I hear u on Seven. It is way better than Neverland. And I thought that was a decent cd too.But it blows it out of the water. If you don't have it,pick up the import of Seven from Japan. It has 2 bonus tracks on it,including a re-recorded version of Let Him Run done on Keyboards instead of acoustic guitar. It sounds amazing.
This is without a doubt one of Night Rangers best. It has all the elements that make up that classic Night Ranger sound. Outstanding !!!

cool song..never heard any of these 90's albums....didn't they record as a 3 piece on at least one of those 90's records?
AngryAgain 2 years ago
Yes. The album was called Feeding off the Mojo. And of those 3, only 2 of them were original band members (Kelly Keagy and Brad Gillis).
