Eric Holder testifies that he has still not yet talked to his counterparts in Mexico about this. I find that to be disgraceful. At the very least he couldve been communicating with them in efforts to preserve relations with Mexico and instill confidence that he is on top of the issue. (which he is not). That is just basic common courtesy towards a neighbor.
We would all be doing the same thing if we found out our kids were vandalizing our neighbors homes.

If the Cartels are getting the bulk of their arms from "direct commercial sale" shipments to the Mexican Government....and the State Department is aware of this, then it would seem that this would make a Fast & Furious type operation, completely irrelevant. Especially with respect to targeting straw purchasers during private sales in our gun shops. Instead, ATF and the State Department w/ Mexica govt, may have hatched a more effective plan by tracking the commercial sale shipments.

So when any of the Democrats want to continue blowing smoke about lax gun-laws, you may remind them that Mexican Police and Military recieves its guns through "direct commercial sales," which are authorized by the State Department. Those guns subsequently get lost or diverted, into the hands of the cartels. Or, police members defect to the cartel
