I don't know if she is or isn't singing live (doesn't matter, still love her) but I've noticed that many performances on wetten dass are lip synched.

OMG Why do people get so worked up about her lip synching??? JEEZ I mean, it's Celine, she was singing on a TV show, she's not gonna set up a live performance for just ONE song!!! I saw her sing live 4 times and she gives me goosebumps each single time!! Then, too much makeup??? WTF she looks gorgeous!! If she has no makeup no people will say she's ugly, if she has makeup on then she's got too much makeup on - what the heck, leave her alone!! She's absolutely perfect, my idol, my diva, LOVE HER!

I don't get why people seem to be so bothered by the fact she's not singing live - it's obvious that she won't put up a show for just one song right? Yes, you're right.. This should be the video clip for the song lol It's so powerful. I don't really care about the lip. Celine did things live for so long and we have proof what she is capable of. If you've see "Live in Brunei" , which is completely live, it's one of her best shows ever and one of my favorites. It's raw, it's live and it's perfect -- she was on top of her game -- but regarding lip... It doesn't matter because her soul is still there, and you can feel it @IlariaCeline

@LoRi619711 No, I think she looks gorgeous =) Her makeup is actually kinda natural, she looks a little tanned though. I know she doesn't sing live, I think it's obvious they couldn't put up a live performance for just one song.

CELINE IS STILL THE BEST! AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT! Celine always sings LIVE in her concerts! Powrful indeed. She can sing and dance gracefully at the same time. Try to watch her world tour 2008 guys. Though celine and the rest of the artists dont usually sing live in just tv appearances bcoz the pay is not good and they definitely dont want to waste their voices. More power Celine!

I many tv shows they don't want artists to sing live..I don't know why..But everyone knows that Celine has incredible voice and she doesn't have to prove it 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and in all tv shows!For me it's enough that she sings live in her concerts. She's only a human and her vocal cords need rest!

Speaking of lipsynching, I read in Wikipedia that those who perform in Wetten Dass *ARE* given the option to lipsynch, which would be a minus point for someone like Celine if she indeed did in the show. Now, I like Celine, but in case you accuse me of doubting, the sound of performance in this clip is, IMO, MUCH too similar to the one in her album, RIGHT down to the instrumentals.

Wegen dem Live singen gibt, ich denke Sie kann es sich erlauben obwohl sie live geil singt, aber es gibt genügend andere Sänger/innen die nicht live singen (Riha....)! Dazu sehr arrogant sind und mit uns eigentlich nichts zu tun haben wollen.
