Most people do rush through it....listen to Amazing version of National Anthem by Chiela Moreno and she ..........has a slow swinging rythm that doesnt sound rushed and almost can carry a beat. I have never heard anyone famous or infamous do it this way !

All she needs is training, pretty much anybody can sing, it just takes effort,practice and time and the right singing coach to help nurture a voice. I know from personal experience that it is so important to get singing lessons from somebody who knows what their talking about. So I say calm down to those who are hating, and try and be positive about this. She has the capability to sing better, her mind is still reasonably intact, her speech isn't impaired, so she can do it.
