Ah, what to say? The word "poetic" suggests itself, and I'm not talking about the song only.

Taking lyrics literally in music videos can end up looking lame, I think, but with your style you avoid that. The various text-picture combinations really work here. And that painted violin when the string come in? Genius.

Also - the "Goodbye." sign... Bob Dylan reference?

Anyway, fabulous vid. Teel your mom there's a difference between "depressed" and "poetic" (re: ur viva la vida dscrption)
