His hips are not moving which makes it look too stiff. You should add some small hip movements and maybe even some torso rotations. It will give it more life. Looks like you just animated the arms and the head. Just trying to give you some good pointers. But good work if you created him from scratch.

the model is good, the texture is perfect, the rig so far moved excellent... i wish i would have seen a more dramatic animation, like spider man poses every 3 secs, he has strong key poses... other than that, dude, i give u 5/5 stars..
