  • Its always a joy to watch Marilyn, but knowing what I now know about the 1% I see how thus film is seething with contempt for the working class. It jumps out at me now whenever I watch movies. Upon watching the TV show Spartacus it all became abundantly clear. They are only happy when we are bowing and scraping.

  • This movie is just as dull as I remember it was. not even  Marilyn M could save it- though she is trying courageously - How come such a great actor as Olivier is so completely without charm in this role? or did he cheer up towards the end??
