Until recently Ford had the worst crash tests rating. When the First Tundra came out it had the best rating by the NHTSA and the test is on video. It was the only 1 that the doors could still be opened on and the only 1 that didn't have structural failure. this was the 35mph offset frontal crash test. look it up and you'll see ford did the worst. I've driven both, and I would never buy the FJ. Try looking around when you're inside that POS, its impossible to see. Add to that the problem that the FJ FALLS APART (good FJ fender rip, fender crack, or fender bulge. That's a $10k repair NOT COVERED by Toyota, and it is NOT caused by misuse!) and I would never buy one.

Give me an H3 over a Toy, but give me a Jeep over both.
