i dont want to sound like an ass but these trucks are getting to be a dime a dozen, parts are easy to find and getting cheap...finding a good used or rebuilt trans shouldnt be a problem and very simple to replace yourself...if i were you id keep the truck, make the all the repairs and send them the bill...haha thats just me tho

change the shift tower bushings and it will be like new.they cost about 12 bucks for the set and are super easy to change
