I keep reading alot of posts here and some people have Crossfit so wrong. Cross fit isn't a gym membership. Its almost like a lifestyle. The one I go to we all know each other we all pull for each other and we've all become friends and we all compete against each other at the same time. If you miss a day believe me you are missed.
There's nothing like seeing someone new come in and see the struggle they go through and then in a months progression you see how far they have come. Thats crossfit.
I started cf just a few months ago. My "big strong army guy" husband just kept saying he'd come do my little workout then take me out for a run. Well he finally came with me one day. I handed him his butt on a silver platter. He threw up 1/4 way in and could not finish the workout. he was so stunned he had to sign up.
Theres a reason why most of the members of Special Forces in all the branches of the US military do this or equivalent workouts. Its not even just anout the workouts, the people that immersre themseves in this lifestyle are stellar individuals. It beats the hell out of working out alone or at some Golds gym type place.
@rgc675 Get you're fat ass off the couch and maybe you'll lose enough weight to do better at body weight exercises. I'm only 5'10" and 230 lbs. I can't do what they do in as fast a time. But I get it done.
First time I did this in November, I took 5 days to recover. Just did it 2 days ago. I'm completely recovered. What a quick adaption. Just started paleo.
I am not sure the fees are too high depends on the box and what you take away from it . The cost of equipment aside it is often good to have someone spot you for technique. I am not an elite so maybe I need some training wheels on that aside I like being part of the community
say what you guys want i feel fucking great from doing crossfit. yeah i wont be able to run faster than an elite runner but you know what? i'd like to see him do Fran. marine corps use it for a reason.
The thing that makes crossfit lame is it's taken common exercises and added a time limit to conquer a high rep with/without proper form. There is nothing special about this. Crossfit will not make you faster than Usain Bolt, Stronger than Pudzianowski, hit harder than Albert Pujols, ride a bike faster than Armstrong, beat Michael Phelps in the freestyle, tackle Frank Gore, hit harder than Albert Pujols, beat a Kenyan in the Marathon or submit Fedor Emelianenko. It's not an elite exercise method
let me ask you this, what training program will make you faster than Usain Bolt, stronger than Pudzianowski etc. ? You are missing the whole point. Crossfit does not want to specialize. They want broad, general fitness. What they say is, give me a specialist, like the athletes you mentioned, and we will point out their fitness weaknesses. The goal of Crossfit is to have no fitness weaknesses so you can handle whatever life throws at you.
@elbeball - That's true, everyone has a fitness weakness, but athletes like Bolt and Pudzianowski have a major strength, which is lacking in cf's. I totally agree with how you put it, "broad, general fitness." That's what circuit training is, what makes me shake my head is the marketing behind cf that claims it makes builds "elite atheletes", because that's marketing to sell 100-150 a month gym memberships.
@biggamejames79 I totally agree that "box" memberships are way to expensive. If I were a high level athlete, however, I would give serious consideration to a month or two membership for the sake of learning how to do the olympic lifts, and progression into gymnastics which could put you at a serious athletic advantage in certain sports, especially combat sports. After a few months of coaching, drop the membership and invest in your own equipment and set yourself up with home gym.
@biggamejames79 i'd suggest trying it before writing it off. I had similar thoughts about membership prices, but i have come to TOTALLY respect the crossfit methodology. this approach will put you closer to 'elite' than you might think. if not elite amongst the worlds top athletes, definitely elite amongst your peers or other members of your age group.
@dp1569 - I do bench press and military press just to keep my strength up, running for cardio, and pull ups for strength endurance. When I started pull ups a year ago I literally couldn't move my body an inch up when hanging from the bar. Currently I can do 15 in a row from a dead hang, my goal is 20. Nothing I'd call elite, but considering most people can't do 1 pull up, it puts me in a small percentage of the population who can.
This would improve cardio and endurance, those can be improved very quickly, such as during pre-season for a particular sport. Nothing new or overly difficult, just circuit training, not sure why people pay $150 dollars to do 15 minute 'workouts of the day'
@biggamejames79 this wouldnt impove cardio much just because of the HR response it is very common that people think the cardio vascular system is working. for a workout to be cardio it needs to be a non stop movement for a long period of time. ive never seen anyone do box jumps or pullups non stop for 3 minutes.
@pwdminion Some of the the wod's take over 3 minutes with no rest in between exercises and movements. Though yeah, there are much better ways to improve cardio such as running.
i jus did the filthy fifty at the crossfit in stpete... wow it was something i almost died lol no but seriously it was by far the most intense yet! i love it and im already starting to see great results!
Everybody! PLZ ignore the ignorant phatneasy douche bag! He has no clue what he is talking about, prbably some kid that had taken weightlifting in in freshman year and is fat who walks around thinking he is big with his 175 bench press shirt and has no idea! There is no way this guy could do any kind of in and out missions what so ever. So lets really piss him off and NOT respond to his questions, lets ignore the Elephant in the Room, Literally and figuratively, I am sure. Lovin the Crossfit!
@wright74 Yea, Phatty probably could'nt even get through one set of King Kong. I think he needs to go do some more bicept curls in the mirror and shut up.
Like everyones mom used to say, if you have nonthing nice to say, say nonthing at all! At least people are working out, isnt that the point? What works for someone, does not mean that it will work for someone else. Everyone has there personal choice of what workout plan to use. Crossfit is not for everyone, do what you like, if running on a treadmill like a hamster is your cup of tea, fine. Lifting weights to get huge, go for it! I have to say that Crossfit has done wonders for me!
Hey Phatty, still no proof that you are not a 14YO fat punk? If you ever visit Tampa FL maybe you can prove it in person and come do some "friendly" sparring with me. Tampa Fight Club is open to anyone who signs a waiver.
Oh yea, I just noticed Phatty is now 22 years old according to his profile. He went from 21 to 24 and then to 22, and I guess he thinks no one noticed. Hey Phatty, why don't you post your real age? Or how about just a picture of yourself, then everybody would know the truth?
@sclaysdharma what are you talking about i went from 21-24 and then 22??????????? noone touches the freakin account. i like how you guys make this crap up. and you obviously know nothing because if you did you would actually go do some scientific research and find some actual facts about the body and strength training instead of simply saying cf is the best when in fact it is gay.
you guys are arguing of a matter of opinion. everyone body reacts differently in different situations. grow up and get over it. you guys arnt 13 and this isint myspace... congrats on your success with crossfit.
Crossfit has tough workouts.. You cant just look at the workout written down you have to actually do it to see how hard and challenging it is. The way they are set up kills your body every time you do a workout I bet the people on here rediculing it have never done crossfit or for more than a week at a time. You would be put to shame if you went up against athletes that have been Crossfit training for years.
What does it take to register for a state/regional competition? I think CF should allow these naysayers to compete against crossfit members. Put your money where your mouth is, and all that.
endurance is relative. I have a friend that can lift 90% of his max 12 time I can do it 2 or 3 times. But my max on bench is 460 his is 150. So if you made a graph and calculated my endurance using calculus I would have a lot more than he does if you started the graph at something like 150.
I've been doing crossfit for 6 months. Lost 30 lbs, increased stamina, and for once in my life since highschool sports (I'm 29) been consistently active and made progress physically. I've been a member of local gyms, and when I was in college worked out periodically at the school gyms... If people get off on being meatheads, good on em. Don't be a hater. Crossfit is kick ass and has helped me a ton! Beats any gym I've gone to PERSONALLY. I don't want to be a meathead, just great health!
as annoying as phatneasy may be, hes partialy correct You will not get STRONG from crossfit you'll make some gains but from crossfit alone you will not get strong I sure as hell didnt get my 2.5 times bodyweight deadlift from doing fran or helen I got it from years and years of heavy lifting combined with short intense met-conyou should either stop doing crossfit for a couple of months and work on strength, or switch to something that allows you to lift frequently and heavy i.e crossfit football
@blackbelt42boxer I mean "strong" is such an arbitrary word. You're going to make strength gains, but it's going to be in tandem with the other 9 elements. I'd rather be decently strong and be able to functionally use that strength. If phatneazy can lift twice as much as me, I'd rather be quick and agile and somewhat strong if I were to go up against him. I don't see how being able to squat obscene amounts is useful in real life if you aren't competing.
@phatneazy You clearly do not know what you're talking about and should just stay at the gym and quit commenting on subjects in which you are uniformed. I would have corrected you, but you're acting like such a blue collar uneducated moron that I'll just let you continue along your incorrect path. I just hope you never work as a personal trainer because that person will be at a severe disadvantage.
@phatneazy Just google "crossfit 10 components" read the first link...and does your workout routine offer that? No. Are you happy with that? Maybe. Would I be? Hell no.
@mjm2005 well i can get all those things without doing crossfit and actually do them more efficiently. my powerlifting regiment will get me way stronger and explosive 10 times faster than crossfit. i can also do flexibility and speed training which i plan on doing. and ill worry about endurance when i need to worry about it. and u told me i dont know anything about lifting but you placed no evidence. if you want to be below average at everthing do crossfit
@phatneazy I didn't say you're uniformed about lifting. You may know about lifting...fine. But, if I can attack all of those components in under an hour a day, then yeah I'd choose that. You'd need to do your powerlifting, add on yoga, add on sprinting, etc etc. If you're competing in Oly lifts, then fine. If you're trying to be the best overall athlete, then crossfit combined with your sport will do that.
@phatneazy It's just funny because I see all these D1 athletes that I go to school with, and a lot of them are just so unconditioned and lack endurance. It kinda annoys me because they all have a ridiculous amount of talent, but they're ability to stick with it and push through and win is lacking. I would bet that if they did crossfit instead of lifting they wouldn't have that problem....and have told them that repeatedly (cause I live with some of them).
@mjm2005 crossfit is to general to broad for athletes. if you are a regular person that wants to challenge urself then do crossfit. but if you have specific needs then you do other things. and crossfit wouldnt give them endurance if their problem is pushing themselves. they would be lazy with the crossfit as well. i prefer to get as fast and as strong as possible along with working on my flexiility. when i need endurance ill work on endurance. conditioning is the easiest part of working out
@phatneazy Crossfit is actually geared towards athletes and not average people. I guess you think that black belts, olympians, SWAT team members, marines and freestyle rock climbers are all pansies since they all use Crossfit? If you think its so easy, why don't you look up a few Crossfit workouts, do them and post your results? Since you are so strong that you can deadlift 480lbs, it should be no problem to break all the current records.
@DylanGalvinMusic if i did crossfit. my squat and deadlifts and sprits would all go down so no thank you. theres actually articles explaining why crossfit sucks for mma. marines HARDLY use crossfit for training. same with swat. and idk what olympians you are talking about homo. and no athlete in their right mind would use crossfit. too broad. athletes need sports specific. average joes can use it to challenge themselves. but it still sucks
@phatneazy You'd be hard pressed to find one Marine sniper or recon operator that doesn't do some form of crossfit regularly. CF is only getting bigger on military bases, so I'd love to see your sources of information on this one. You're correct about sport specifics; but you must realize the CF claim is in creating well rounded, true fitness. A pro triathlete would beat a good CFer in one of his 3 events, but the CFer would be overall fitter. There is literature supporting both sides btw.
@phatneazy So I guess you don't want to address the lies I called you out on. Fine, but instead of just "cf sux maaan" comments, how about substantiating your claims a bit. You're just making silly statements to get a rise out of people.
@sybo59 i have a popular cf gym by my house and every single one of those homos is a twig. my friend lost 30 lbs and has no power after doing crossfit. hes fit yea but he lost 30 lbs and hes a twig. cf is a joke. get over yourself. you are obviously not an athlete and thats why you do crossfit. no real athletes do crossfit.
@phatneazy Your friend isn't a combatant. Google "Brian Chontosh crossfit". I worked for this man, and you can find a lecture he gave on the subject. While you're on google you can look up his Navy Cross citation kid. No one is claiming CF as the best way to get super huge, if that's all you're after P-lift exclusively. You probably couldn't run around the block, and that's fine if it's not part of your job. CF incorporates powerlifting and O-lifting with more endurance. What's the problem?
@sybo59 umm you cfers are so ignorant you assume that if you do powerlifting that you automatically weigh 330 lbs and have a huge gut. and just because you do a deadlift or a squat does not make you a powerlifter. powerlifting involves other exercises more than it does the actual lifts. cf is a joke because it has no accessory work
@sybo59 You might want to ignore this "phatty" kid. He has been trolling on this Crossfit post for some time now. He is just some punk kid still living with mommy and daddy, eating chicken wings and doritos and playing video games. Notice he has no pictures or videos of himself posted to show what a bad ass he is. He just like to see who he can get a rise out of talking trash.
@sybo59 well my friend is in the marines and they hardly do it so whatever. you can read plenty of articles saying its no good for mma. cfers are good at what they practice but the actual "functionality" of it has yet to be seen in anything. you say marine recon people do it? how is anyone in the marines anywhere near the athlete that any pro sports have. the only fairly strong crossfitters are lifters with previous weightlifting backgrounds. crossfit alone is a joke.
@phatneazy beefcake...BEEFCAKE!!!!! Military operators ONLY do functional things. What pro athletes are you talking about? Take any world class, one dimensional athlete, Michael Phelps for instance. You honestly believe he could hang with a team running hills with rucks weighing anywhere from 50 to well over bodyweight? I'll give you a pass on this one because you can't be expected to know what goes on, but trust me, high level operators are the masters of functionality, and they all do CF.
@phatneazy Still here Phatty? I'm still waiting on those pictures or videos of you showing how strong and fast you are. Below average? Lets just see one video of you doing anything physically average, much less above average. Put up or shut up Phatty!
@sclaysdharma bro i dont bring my friends to the gym so they can record me working out. the funny thing is havent lifted for 9 months because ive been playing baseball for school. i lost 30 lbs and i still deadlifted 480 my first day back. thats more than anyone in this video can do and i lost 30 lbs dude. ur a joke and so is cf
@phatneazy I'm definitely not your bro and what is a joke is you deadlifiting 480lbs or anything close to it. This is Youtube you are supposed to post pictures and videos genius. Of couse if you are 12 of 13 years old and a fat weakling, then I can see why you would not want to post any images of yourself doing anything.
@sclaysdharma hahaha dang bro i was actually worried for a second that you were gonna say 480 is nothing. shows how much of a weenie you are. one of my training partners has only been doing the westside method for about 2 years and deadlifts over 600 so i actually consider myself weak compared to real lifters. maybe i should start doing crossfit so you guys will worship me. cause im a weenie compared to powerlifters
@phatneazy Again, Not your Bro. What are you doing up at 3AM? Milk and cookies keeping you awake? I don't recall mentioning anything about MY deadlifts. I was talking about YOURS. Talk is cheap kid. Prove it or shut up! And stop trolling Crossfit posts.
@sclaysdharma sorry bro but what do i have to prove here on youtube? im getting a kick out of the anger i cause to you guys who swear im some 14 year old kid who doesnt know how to lift. once i start competing in powerlifting ill make sure i post some stuff. but until then its just training. have fun with your kipping pull ups and nearly non existent strength gains from crossfit
@phatneazy hahaha No anger here Phatty. Thats the magic of the internet. You can be a keyboard warrior and type whatever you want without ever having to prove anything. I know you say you are a big powerlifter so maybe you have heard of Glenn Pendlay. He gave a seminar at our facility a few weeks back. He was helping us with our nearly non exsistent strength gains lol.
@sclaysdharma hahahha and louie simmons has gone and done a crossfit seminar. you still are making minimal strength gains. talk to me when your every single one of your lifts goes up over 50lbs in just 3 months.
@phatneazy408 Come on Phatty! Been there done that. I'm 44YO and I did'nt just start training. lol. I see you are now 24YO. Funny, a few weeks ago you were 21 according to your profile. And still no pictures or videos of you? You wonder why people think you are 14YO? Until you can prove your not just a kid trolling Crossfit videos, this dialog is done.
@sclaysdharma i like how your peabrain just made up the idea that i was 21 and now im 24 because me changing my profile never happened. ill post some vids up after the competition i do in september. crossfits a joke. if you like being "fit" then continue. but i guess ur comfortable being a 44 year old little girl
@phatneazy408 Well, my bench hasn't gone up 50 pounds in 3 months. But I think that's because we don't do all that many pushups/actual bench press. But over the last 6 months from being a fit guy who rarely lifted (and a 170 pound guy who MMA fights at 155) I have gained 70 pounds on front squat, 50 pounds on back squat, 100 pounds on my deadlift (which really sucked when I started) and improved my run times while gaining almost 20 pounds of weight (168 to 185). Now I'll be competing at 170.
blackbelt im sure those people you mentioned dont just do crossfit... dont be silly this is a relativly new training program they would of been training before this came out....
look at the comment below jackass, i already said that, im aware how new crossfit is i've bee doing it for 5 years, i know they got that strength from other programs just like i got mine from other pograms, he said he knows he stronger than so and so because he doesnt do crossfit, so i showed him that crossfit doesnt make you weak...
surely it will make a person who is already strong a little weaker, but you can still lift, your numbers may go down 20 maybe 30 pounds at the most if your a moderate to mediocre powerlifter like yourself, but clearly it isnt screwing up those guys i mentioned too bad because they can still outlift you, loosing a very small amount of strength is a small price to pay, and for the general population who are not powerlifters or oly lifters they will get better strength bennefits than at a globo gym
@phatneazy At my crossfit we do powerlifting and oly lifting. I'm stronger than I've ever been. But CrossFit doesn't claim to be the best at everything, the claim is we can do what you do almost as good as you, you can't do what we do, and we're closer to being able to do what none of us can do.
@ChrisL101 homo... first of all just because u do a deadlift or a C&J does NOT mean you do power or oly lifting. and you can NOT do what we do NEARLY as good as we do. all cfers have is endurance. endurance is the easiest thing to get. doesnt take strict dieting or technique. i could get where you are in a few months. it would take you years to get where i am. and you still couldnt do it cause you couldnt eat enough or acquire the technique
@phatneazy Really? Cause I do squats, deadlifts and bench press. Which are the three powerlifting exercises. And I can deadlift 455, bench 290, and back squat 310. I weigh 155 pounds, so I can still do pullups, burpees, runs.... Any other body weight stuff. I'm strong and i'm functional. 'Good' endurance doesn't take strict dieting, optimal performance does. Are my lifts as good as yours? Maybe not but they gotta be close. Can you run 400m in less than a minute? No way in hell.
bro quit bsing if you have a 455 deadlift and a 310 squat there is something wrong with you. if you ever had those numbers it wouldnt be because of crossfit. so dont try to give credit to crossfit for numbers that arent accomplished by crossfit. i can do powerlifting my whole life and start crossfit today and just because i do crossfit does it mean i give the credit of my 800lb squat to crossfit? no buddy. crossfit is a joke and you do not have those numbers so quit clowning around
@phatneazy I have those numbers. I was strong before crossfit from track and field in university and football. But, my numbers were never that high, and i've never improved them so fast.
cross fit is for fags. "oh woa, let me take off my shirt and do some random exercises and let's get three video cameras from different angles recording me! woa woa woaooooo....."
Crossfit is used by U.S. Special Operations teams in all branches of the military, not to mention the fact that there is even a crossfit gym at Westpoint now. It trains energy systems and taxes you more than just about any other workout when done right. Either throw a vid up of you running through one of these "weak" workouts... Murph maybe(and remember, you need a 20lb vest to do it right)? if not, STFU. The workouts are not random. There is a method to coach's madness.
The exercises are NOT random. Crossfit is sweeping the world now and there are bound to be "coaches" out there who just mix up some random shit, but there is science behind crossfit and there are principles u have to follow for a routine to be categorized as a crossfit routine.
@sjktss Do you do anything other than criticize crossfit? I understand if don't like the program, but a lot of people see value in it. You bitch at every video like you're going to convince the world that crossfit is the ultimate evil in exercise. It does at least get fat asses off the couch.
How did it go with THe Magic 50 then? How heavy a DB did you use, did you do burpees including a pushup, and what was your time? I am down to 10 mins and 47secs with a 25kg DB and doing burpees with a pushup.
I f you use Crossfit as a large part of your exercise regime then yes you can be very well rounded. As for Pullups alot of Crossfit workouts call for deadhang pullups so no they wont try swinging. Besides why excel at one thing when you can excel at lots of things..................................
The type of endurance from CF fits the fight game more than long distance running. You guys that do this stuff week in and week out must have some crazy awesome Anerobic endurance.
when traing for my last fight I got to do the 50, took nearly 25 minutes. Even though I am not into the kool aid of CF I do think that a good CF type workout, taylored to the specific sport is a great training tool in the camp for a fight. It would not be the best to ONLY crossfit. The pay of with core controll and endurance is wonderful though.
Chest-to-bar. And I know they aren't exactly pull-ups, but muscle-ups are related and tough. Also note that beyond regular kipping is "butterfly kipping" - but that is an advanced technique.
Go to their website, lots of tutorial videos on all their workouts. Best thing ever. No trainer needed. Very little is needed. Hell, you can do half this stuff at a playground.
its a real workout, i dont think anyone can knock it"repackaged the wheel" if the us navy seals are doing it, then there has to be some credulity to it. "re-packaged the wheel" jerk!
i started doing cross fit, and its really amped up my level of fitness, thats for sure!!
the issue for myself became whats the piont of having power if i can only put out for a short period
since crossfit my endurance just keeps going up
and i still have power,no hulk, but more than the average dude..guaranteed!!!
rockad1054 - I imagine we'll be seeing you at the Crossfit games running circles around all the lame Crossfit athletes, right? Put up or shut up tool.
you tell em 1054, your the boy alrigt. you can do 55lbs swings, omg what are you a pencil neck geek, dude if thats all you got i would not post cause it makes you sound like a real pussy. . . Also i didnt even notice they had there shirts off till i read your post. . Are you comming outta the closet here on youtube?
i think this rockad1054 dude is a little bitch. He probably doesnt even get off his fat ass to do any workouts so he just watched youtube videos and talks shit. Anyone else agree?
Wow, I don't even get off my fat ass? Yup, I'm a fat ass bitch that can consistently do 40+ sets of cindy, chelsea +5 for 30 minutes (plus 10 bonus minutes of more pull ups, push ups and squats) and hit 1000 on the lame cf total without even doing military presses. soooo.... I don't think I'm the fat one here.
More olympic athletes choose crossfit than any other training regimen, ever hear of BJ Penn? Navy SEALs? USMC? All crossfit... yes I can secede that there are a lot of blind followers, but their training ideals beats out all in complete comprehensive fitness. Probably because their training style has been used by top athletes for years....and crossfit popularized/expanded it.
I want to see a TGU from you. Oh, sorry, you had to look that up bitch. Tell me where you're at, we'll find a gym for ya
I'd like to see where you found your info. Olympic athletes choose crossfit more than any other program? HAHAHAHA! They have the best trainers and coaches around; they're not going to waste their time with crossfit. Crossfit simply recreated the wheel and packaged it up all nice and good. Now you shmucks are paying $1K to learn about sh*t that kids have been doing to prep themselves for wrestling for years.
I see your on alot of the crossfit vid comment sections, GO THE FUCK AWAY, crossfit is not a joke it is a good exercise program, the competitors are the CrossFit games are great athletes, u said on another vid that josh everett isnt that strong, lets see u put 341 pounds over head like he ca, u dont have a single video up of u training put one up or stop talking shit on everything crossfit, why cant u just respect the fact that there are other methods besides westside and that they might work to
i can squat more and pull more than josh everett. he has me in the oly lifts because i dont practice them. but he is crossfits most elite lifter and thats why he is a joke. westsides most elite lifters bench over 600lbs and pull over 900lbs and squat over 1000.
but thats all there good at. crossfitters are good at all things, lifting heavy, pull-ups, running long distance, ex. we might not be the best at one thing but we are well rounded.
I do not want to hear this argument anymore. A person who does cross fit is not as well rounded as you think. Throw them on the football field, they'd get smoked. Throw 90lbs on their back and tell them to walk 10 miles, they'd get smoked. Tell them to do a pull up, they'll try swinging. The wrokouts will get your heartrate up, but it will not make you a well rounded "athlete." Besides, why be mediocre at some things when you can exceed in a one?
@sjktss I'm pretty sure John Welbourne wouldn't get smoked on the football field, seeing as how he started in the NFl for 9 seasons, and im pretty sure that the Navy SEALs who use crossfit as their PT don't get smoked when they have to hike 10 miles with their 90 pounds of gear
why would you only want to excel at one thing, unless you are a sport-specific athlete? that makes no sense in real life. the navy seals do crossfit workouts, and i'm pretty sure they can walk for 10 miles carrying more than 90lbs.
Stupidness again? A Third.. THIR*D* of a brain.. From my previous structure you can tell I was implying that there was only one brain to begin with.. lol.
yeah but how many of them can run a sub minute 400m, or row a sub 1:30 500m, or how many of them can do a muscle up, i am a long time fan of powerlifting i love the sport and have trained with power lifters, strength is crucial to any athlete, but for many sports like for example im a wrestler, so yes i do need strength but i also need flexibility, speed and most importantly muscle endurance and metabolic conditioning, and i cant get that through westside, so i do crossfit
not sure if a muscle up is necessary. and i could run a sub minute 400m. you can do the westside method for the strengthening aspect of your workout and then do other stuff to stay in condition. conditioning yourself just takes the will to push yourself. strengthening takes much more than that because not all programs work well. if you did the westside method as your strengthening program you would see much greater gains. you dont have to be 275 lbs to do it. it works for all people
I have used the westside method, its great, i like many crossfitters have 2 parts to my workout, a strength WOD (powerlifts/oly lifts/ calisthenics/gymnastics/ etc.) and a met-con, crossfit is also for everyone, u see we are not so different, we just have different goals, both crossfit and westside are BRUTAL as hell
he said that because athletes require sport-specific training, which crossfit does not offer. it is to get you in good all-around shape, not get you ready for a certain sport. doesn't mean it's a joke.
Wow, this rockad1054 is a pretty cool dude! *sarcasm* People of the internet, this is what a troll looks like. I have a challenge for you rockad1054, go to the south american crossfit qualifiers (I see you're from Bolivia). Since there's only like two crossfit gyms in south america you should qualify easy. Get your free ticket to the states and show us what's up... seriously, please?
Hot damn!! E-thuggery is strong in this one. I can totally see you as an out of shape guy typing furiously away at his keyboard. You should go out to see some movie or something with your boyfriend.
I'll gladly head up to Vancouver and embarass the hell out of you joe blow workout wannabes. I. WILL. SMOKE. YOU. CrossFag workouts are my cool down. Seriously. Now take your average joe blow ass to the gym and try to get in shape.
HAHA! What a bunch of fags, especially that guy on the flkoor. That's the look of a defeated loser, in my opinion. When I do this workout, I actually do real pull ups and 55lb swings. CrossDress fag practitionors need to step it up because they're making a bad name for people who exercise.
If crossfit is so easy and for fags why do the Navy SEALs and US Marines tailor their workouts programs to crossfit? Is phatneazy trying to say that every Navy SEAL and Marine is a weak little fag because they don't power lift like he does?
I think if your obsession with calling people faggots is basically just a projection of your own homosexuality. You realize you are weak, dumb, and pathetic, and will never get a decent looking woman.
It's okay though. We always need grunts in the work force too. I'm sure you'd make an excellent McDonald's cashier or something.
I'm also sorry you're not as strong or as fast as me. Maybe if you'd get Louis Simmons dick out of your mouth for two seconds and tried to vary your workouts a little (and actually learn good form) you'd make some decent gains and have something to show for it.
There's over 15 witnesses to each of the stats I mentioned, with 4 separate sets of documented data. That's the thing about exercise science, we write down everything. Sorry...you fail...again.
nope you are just a liar. i thought you were strong but just a fag that liked crossfit which is gay. but as soon as you lied with those bs numbers you lost all credibility. and if you are in college you could easily walk onto the team with those numbers but the fact that you havent shows you are a liar. goodnight you bench only fag.
You're right...if I was at a college that had a football team I could probably make it. But I'm not...and I have no inclination to alter my education plans just so I can move to a different school and can go try to join a football team for one more year.
Not everyone has the same priorities dumbass.
Now go back to being a weak little punk who doesn't know anything about exercise and is nothing but an internet hardass.

He threw up 1/4 way in and could not finish the workout. he was so stunned he had to sign up.
lcundal 10 months ago
Theres a reason why most of the members of Special Forces in all the branches of the US military do this or equivalent workouts. Its not even just anout the workouts, the people that immersre themseves in this lifestyle are stellar individuals. It beats the hell out of working out alone or at some Golds gym type place.

I am not sure the fees are too high depends on the box and what you take away from it . The cost of equipment aside it is often good to have someone spot you for technique. I am not an elite so maybe I need some training wheels on that aside I like being part of the community

be0BSCENE 1 year ago
The thing that makes crossfit lame is it's taken common exercises and added a time limit to conquer a high rep with/without proper form. There is nothing special about this. Crossfit will not make you faster than Usain Bolt, Stronger than Pudzianowski, hit harder than Albert Pujols, ride a bike faster than Armstrong, beat Michael Phelps in the freestyle, tackle Frank Gore, hit harder than Albert Pujols, beat a Kenyan in the Marathon or submit Fedor Emelianenko. It's not an elite exercise method
biggamejames79 1 year ago
@biggamejames79
let me ask you this, what training program will make you faster than Usain Bolt, stronger than Pudzianowski etc. ? You are missing the whole point. Crossfit does not want to specialize. They want broad, general fitness. What they say is, give me a specialist, like the athletes you mentioned, and we will point out their fitness weaknesses. The goal of Crossfit is to have no fitness weaknesses so you can handle whatever life throws at you.
elbeball 1 year ago
@elbeball - That's true, everyone has a fitness weakness, but athletes like Bolt and Pudzianowski have a major strength, which is lacking in cf's. I totally agree with how you put it, "broad, general fitness." That's what circuit training is, what makes me shake my head is the marketing behind cf that claims it makes builds "elite atheletes", because that's marketing to sell 100-150 a month gym memberships.
biggamejames79 1 year ago
@biggamejames79 I totally agree that "box" memberships are way to expensive. If I were a high level athlete, however, I would give serious consideration to a month or two membership for the sake of learning how to do the olympic lifts, and progression into gymnastics which could put you at a serious athletic advantage in certain sports, especially combat sports. After a few months of coaching, drop the membership and invest in your own equipment and set yourself up with home gym.
dp1569 1 year ago 2
@biggamejames79 i'd suggest trying it before writing it off. I had similar thoughts about membership prices, but i have come to TOTALLY respect the crossfit methodology. this approach will put you closer to 'elite' than you might think. if not elite amongst the worlds top athletes, definitely elite amongst your peers or other members of your age group.
rbrowninc 1 year ago
@biggamejames79 How do you train?
dp1569 1 year ago
@dp1569 - I do bench press and military press just to keep my strength up, running for cardio, and pull ups for strength endurance. When I started pull ups a year ago I literally couldn't move my body an inch up when hanging from the bar. Currently I can do 15 in a row from a dead hang, my goal is 20. Nothing I'd call elite, but considering most people can't do 1 pull up, it puts me in a small percentage of the population who can.
biggamejames79 1 year ago
This would improve cardio and endurance, those can be improved very quickly, such as during pre-season for a particular sport. Nothing new or overly difficult, just circuit training, not sure why people pay $150 dollars to do 15 minute 'workouts of the day'
biggamejames79 1 year ago
@biggamejames79 this wouldnt impove cardio much just because of the HR response it is very common that people think the cardio vascular system is working. for a workout to be cardio it needs to be a non stop movement for a long period of time. ive never seen anyone do box jumps or pullups non stop for 3 minutes.
pwdminion 1 year ago
@pwdminion Some of the the wod's take over 3 minutes with no rest in between exercises and movements. Though yeah, there are much better ways to improve cardio such as running.

Activsoul 1 year ago
endurance is relative.

I don't want to be a meathead, just great health!
zevertsen 1 year ago 8
as annoying as phatneasy may be, hes partialy correct You will not get STRONG from crossfit you'll make some gains but from crossfit alone you will not get strong I sure as hell didnt get my 2.5 times bodyweight deadlift from doing fran or helen I got it from years and years of heavy lifting combined with short intense met-conyou should either stop doing crossfit for a couple of months and work on strength, or switch to something that allows you to lift frequently and heavy i.e crossfit football
blackbelt42boxer 1 year ago
@blackbelt42boxer I mean "strong" is such an arbitrary word. You're going to make strength gains, but it's going to be in tandem with the other 9 elements. I'd rather be decently strong and be able to functionally use that strength. If phatneazy can lift twice as much as me, I'd rather be quick and agile and somewhat strong if I were to go up against him. I don't see how being able to squat obscene amounts is useful in real life if you aren't competing.
mjm2005 1 year ago
ur a complete liar because crossfit cannot make your numbers go up fast. unless it has to do with endurance. it actually goes against science.
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy You clearly do not know what you're talking about and should just stay at the gym and quit commenting on subjects in which you are uniformed. I would have corrected you, but you're acting like such a blue collar uneducated moron that I'll just let you continue along your incorrect path. I just hope you never work as a personal trainer because that person will be at a severe disadvantage.
mjm2005 1 year ago
@phatneazy Just google "crossfit 10 components" read the first link...and does your workout routine offer that? No. Are you happy with that? Maybe. Would I be? Hell no.
mjm2005 1 year ago
@mjm2005 well i can get all those things without doing crossfit and actually do them more efficiently. my powerlifting regiment will get me way stronger and explosive 10 times faster than crossfit. i can also do flexibility and speed training which i plan on doing. and ill worry about endurance when i need to worry about it. and u told me i dont know anything about lifting but you placed no evidence. if you want to be below average at everthing do crossfit
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy I didn't say you're uniformed about lifting. You may know about lifting...fine. But, if I can attack all of those components in under an hour a day, then yeah I'd choose that. You'd need to do your powerlifting, add on yoga, add on sprinting, etc etc. If you're competing in Oly lifts, then fine. If you're trying to be the best overall athlete, then crossfit combined with your sport will do that.
mjm2005 1 year ago
@phatneazy It's just funny because I see all these D1 athletes that I go to school with, and a lot of them are just so unconditioned and lack endurance. It kinda annoys me because they all have a ridiculous amount of talent, but they're ability to stick with it and push through and win is lacking. I would bet that if they did crossfit instead of lifting they wouldn't have that problem....and have told them that repeatedly (cause I live with some of them).
mjm2005 1 year ago
@mjm2005 crossfit is to general to broad for athletes. if you are a regular person that wants to challenge urself then do crossfit. but if you have specific needs then you do other things. and crossfit wouldnt give them endurance if their problem is pushing themselves. they would be lazy with the crossfit as well. i prefer to get as fast and as strong as possible along with working on my flexiility. when i need endurance ill work on endurance. conditioning is the easiest part of working out
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy Crossfit is actually geared towards athletes and not average people. I guess you think that black belts, olympians, SWAT team members, marines and freestyle rock climbers are all pansies since they all use Crossfit? If you think its so easy, why don't you look up a few Crossfit workouts, do them and post your results? Since you are so strong that you can deadlift 480lbs, it should be no problem to break all the current records.
DylanGalvinMusic 1 year ago
@DylanGalvinMusic if i did crossfit. my squat and deadlifts and sprits would all go down so no thank you. theres actually articles explaining why crossfit sucks for mma. marines HARDLY use crossfit for training. same with swat. and idk what olympians you are talking about homo. and no athlete in their right mind would use crossfit. too broad. athletes need sports specific. average joes can use it to challenge themselves. but it still sucks
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy You'd be hard pressed to find one Marine sniper or recon operator that doesn't do some form of crossfit regularly. CF is only getting bigger on military bases, so I'd love to see your sources of information on this one. You're correct about sport specifics; but you must realize the CF claim is in creating well rounded, true fitness. A pro triathlete would beat a good CFer in one of his 3 events, but the CFer would be overall fitter. There is literature supporting both sides btw.

phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy So I guess you don't want to address the lies I called you out on. Fine, but instead of just "cf sux maaan" comments, how about substantiating your claims a bit. You're just making silly statements to get a rise out of people.
sybo59 1 year ago
@sybo59 i have a popular cf gym by my house and every single one of those homos is a twig. my friend lost 30 lbs and has no power after doing crossfit. hes fit yea but he lost 30 lbs and hes a twig. cf is a joke. get over yourself. you are obviously not an athlete and thats why you do crossfit. no real athletes do crossfit.
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy Your friend isn't a combatant. Google "Brian Chontosh crossfit". I worked for this man, and you can find a lecture he gave on the subject. While you're on google you can look up his Navy Cross citation kid. No one is claiming CF as the best way to get super huge, if that's all you're after P-lift exclusively. You probably couldn't run around the block, and that's fine if it's not part of your job. CF incorporates powerlifting and O-lifting with more endurance. What's the problem?
sybo59 1 year ago
@sybo59 umm you cfers are so ignorant you assume that if you do powerlifting that you automatically weigh 330 lbs and have a huge gut. and just because you do a deadlift or a squat does not make you a powerlifter. powerlifting involves other exercises more than it does the actual lifts. cf is a joke because it has no accessory work
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy What do you mean by no accessory work?

EZ2anger 1 year ago
@sybo59 well my friend is in the marines and they hardly do it so whatever. you can read plenty of articles saying its no good for mma. cfers are good at what they practice but the actual "functionality" of it has yet to be seen in anything. you say marine recon people do it? how is anyone in the marines anywhere near the athlete that any pro sports have. the only fairly strong crossfitters are lifters with previous weightlifting backgrounds. crossfit alone is a joke.
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy beefcake...BEEFCAKE!!!!! Military operators ONLY do functional things. What pro athletes are you talking about? Take any world class, one dimensional athlete, Michael Phelps for instance. You honestly believe he could hang with a team running hills with rucks weighing anywhere from 50 to well over bodyweight? I'll give you a pass on this one because you can't be expected to know what goes on, but trust me, high level operators are the masters of functionality, and they all do CF.
sybo59 1 year ago

@sclaysdharma hahaha dang bro i was actually worried for a second that you were gonna say 480 is nothing. shows how much of a weenie you are. one of my training partners has only been doing the westside method for about 2 years and deadlifts over 600 so i actually consider myself weak compared to real lifters. maybe i should start doing crossfit so you guys will worship me. cause im a weenie compared to powerlifters

sclaysdharma 1 year ago
@phatneazy408 Well, my bench hasn't gone up 50 pounds in 3 months. But I think that's because we don't do all that many pushups/actual bench press. But over the last 6 months from being a fit guy who rarely lifted (and a 170 pound guy who MMA fights at 155) I have gained 70 pounds on front squat, 50 pounds on back squat, 100 pounds on my deadlift (which really sucked when I started) and improved my run times while gaining almost 20 pounds of weight (168 to 185). Now I'll be competing at 170.

blackbelt42boxer 1 year ago
@blackbelt42boxer crossfit does make you weak. stop powerlifting and do crossfit and you will get weaker haha. guaranteed. crossfit is a joke
phatneazy 1 year ago
surely it will make a person who is already strong a little weaker, but you can still lift, your numbers may go down 20 maybe 30 pounds at the most if your a moderate to mediocre powerlifter like yourself, but clearly it isnt screwing up those guys i mentioned too bad because they can still outlift you, loosing a very small amount of strength is a small price to pay, and for the general population who are not powerlifters or oly lifters they will get better strength bennefits than at a globo gym
blackbelt42boxer 1 year ago
@phatneazy At my crossfit we do powerlifting and oly lifting. I'm stronger than I've ever been. But CrossFit doesn't claim to be the best at everything, the claim is we can do what you do almost as good as you, you can't do what we do, and we're closer to being able to do what none of us can do.
ChrisL101 1 year ago
@ChrisL101 homo... first of all just because u do a deadlift or a C&J does NOT mean you do power or oly lifting. and you can NOT do what we do NEARLY as good as we do. all cfers have is endurance. endurance is the easiest thing to get. doesnt take strict dieting or technique. i could get where you are in a few months. it would take you years to get where i am. and you still couldnt do it cause you couldnt eat enough or acquire the technique
phatneazy 1 year ago
@phatneazy Really? Cause I do squats, deadlifts and bench press. Which are the three powerlifting exercises. And I can deadlift 455, bench 290, and back squat 310. I weigh 155 pounds, so I can still do pullups, burpees, runs.... Any other body weight stuff. I'm strong and i'm functional. 'Good' endurance doesn't take strict dieting, optimal performance does. Are my lifts as good as yours? Maybe not but they gotta be close. Can you run 400m in less than a minute? No way in hell.
ChrisL101 1 year ago
bro quit bsing if you have a 455 deadlift and a 310 squat there is something wrong with you. if you ever had those numbers it wouldnt be because of crossfit. so dont try to give credit to crossfit for numbers that arent accomplished by crossfit. i can do powerlifting my whole life and start crossfit today and just because i do crossfit does it mean i give the credit of my 800lb squat to crossfit? no buddy. crossfit is a joke and you do not have those numbers so quit clowning around

It does at least get fat asses off the couch.
jollygreenspartan 2 years ago
How did it go with THe Magic 50 then? How heavy a DB did you use, did you do burpees including a pushup, and what was your time? I am down to 10 mins and 47secs with a 25kg DB and doing burpees with a pushup.

Why does EVERY Crossfit gym on YouTube have a dog running around? Seriously, I have seen a ton of different gyms on here and they always have a dog.
b1naryd1g1t5 2 years ago
Because dogs + metalcore = extreme!
Or something like that. At my gym, we do crossfit without a dog. Maybe we're missing out on something...

this is like doing the 300 workout
albolbood4life 2 years ago
I've done both, and the 300 workout is an ass kicker; no doubt. But the Filthy 50 is the absolute worst.

What a bunch of crossfagets
tthruby 2 years ago
I f you use Crossfit as a large part of your exercise regime then yes you can be very well rounded. As for Pullups alot of Crossfit workouts call for deadhang pullups so no they wont try swinging. Besides why excel at one thing when you can excel at lots of things..................................
sedgwizzle 2 years ago
I loved this WOD. Its one of the most complete and explosive ones. Highly recommended.
carlosjcheu 2 years ago 2
The type of endurance from CF fits the fight game more than long distance running. You guys that do this stuff week in and week out must have some crazy awesome Anerobic endurance.
Sardious 2 years ago
when traing for my last fight I got to do the 50, took nearly 25 minutes. Even though I am not into the kool aid of CF I do think that a good CF type workout, taylored to the specific sport is a great training tool in the camp for a fight. It would not be the best to ONLY crossfit. The pay of with core controll and endurance is wonderful though.
Sardious 2 years ago
filthy fifty sucks... eh haha... haven't had the pleasure yet but i'm sure i will at some point ;P
good work out guys...
i was surprised at the jumping pull ups though? i thought that the guys would do kipping...
LadyJag85 2 years ago
Crossfit does a few types of pull ups, kipping, jumping, weighted and strict. Did I miss any?
humantripod 2 years ago
Chest-to-bar. And I know they aren't exactly pull-ups, but muscle-ups are related and tough. Also note that beyond regular kipping is "butterfly kipping" - but that is an advanced technique.

butterfly... kind of a variation of kipping

How do I do crossfit? Can I do it myself or do I need a trainer or something? I'm getting ready for the Navy SEALs next year.
surferdude66066 2 years ago
Go to their website, lots of tutorial videos on all their workouts. Best thing ever. No trainer needed. Very little is needed. Hell, you can do half this stuff at a playground.
tbarragan29 2 years ago
its a real workout, i dont think anyone can knock it"repackaged the wheel" if the us navy seals are doing it, then there has to be some credulity to it. "re-packaged the wheel" jerk!
i started doing cross fit, and its really amped up my level of fitness, thats for sure!!
the issue for myself became whats the piont of having power if i can only put out for a short period
since crossfit my endurance just keeps going up
and i still have power,no hulk, but more than the average dude..guaranteed!!!

i think this rockad1054 dude is a little bitch. He probably doesnt even get off his fat ass to do any workouts so he just watched youtube videos and talks shit. Anyone else agree?
imsojaded0 2 years ago 3
Wow, I don't even get off my fat ass? Yup, I'm a fat ass bitch that can consistently do 40+ sets of cindy, chelsea +5 for 30 minutes (plus 10 bonus minutes of more pull ups, push ups and squats) and hit 1000 on the lame cf total without even doing military presses. soooo.... I don't think I'm the fat one here.
rockad1054 2 years ago
More olympic athletes choose crossfit than any other training regimen, ever hear of BJ Penn? Navy SEALs? USMC? All crossfit... yes I can secede that there are a lot of blind followers, but their training ideals beats out all in complete comprehensive fitness. Probably because their training style has been used by top athletes for years....and crossfit popularized/expanded it.
I want to see a TGU from you. Oh, sorry, you had to look that up bitch. Tell me where you're at, we'll find a gym for ya
abotwell 2 years ago
I'd like to see where you found your info. Olympic athletes choose crossfit more than any other program? HAHAHAHA! They have the best trainers and coaches around; they're not going to waste their time with crossfit. Crossfit simply recreated the wheel and packaged it up all nice and good. Now you shmucks are paying $1K to learn about sh*t that kids have been doing to prep themselves for wrestling for years.
Get me your email address.

yea and he said an article that crossfit is good for regular people and not athletes haha. crossfit is a joke
phatneazy 2 years ago
I see your on alot of the crossfit vid comment sections, GO THE FUCK AWAY, crossfit is not a joke it is a good exercise program, the competitors are the CrossFit games are great athletes, u said on another vid that josh everett isnt that strong, lets see u put 341 pounds over head like he ca, u dont have a single video up of u training put one up or stop talking shit on everything crossfit, why cant u just respect the fact that there are other methods besides westside and that they might work to
blackbelt42boxer 2 years ago 2
i can squat more and pull more than josh everett. he has me in the oly lifts because i dont practice them. but he is crossfits most elite lifter and thats why he is a joke. westsides most elite lifters bench over 600lbs and pull over 900lbs and squat over 1000.
phatneazy 2 years ago
but thats all there good at. crossfitters are good at all things, lifting heavy, pull-ups, running long distance, ex. we might not be the best at one thing but we are well rounded.
warchief20 2 years ago
I do not want to hear this argument anymore. A person who does cross fit is not as well rounded as you think. Throw them on the football field, they'd get smoked. Throw 90lbs on their back and tell them to walk 10 miles, they'd get smoked. Tell them to do a pull up, they'll try swinging. The wrokouts will get your heartrate up, but it will not make you a well rounded "athlete." Besides, why be mediocre at some things when you can exceed in a one?
sjktss 2 years ago
@sjktss I'm pretty sure John Welbourne wouldn't get smoked on the football field, seeing as how he started in the NFl for 9 seasons, and im pretty sure that the Navy SEALs who use crossfit as their PT don't get smoked when they have to hike 10 miles with their 90 pounds of gear
blackbelt42boxer 2 years ago 2
why would you only want to excel at one thing, unless you are a sport-specific athlete? that makes no sense in real life. the navy seals do crossfit workouts, and i'm pretty sure they can walk for 10 miles carrying more than 90lbs.

One of the stupidest arguments I've seen.. How could someone be so retarded.. Like really do you have half a brain? No, I think a third.
Swordfreak24 2 years ago
@Swordfreak24 Yes, I have three brains. Thank you for the compliment.
sjktss 2 years ago
Stupidness again? A Third.. THIR*D* of a brain.. From my previous structure you can tell I was implying that there was only one brain to begin with.. lol.
Swordfreak24 2 years ago
@Swordfreak24 What? Three brains? One brain? Make up your mind.
sjktss 2 years ago
yeah but how many of them can run a sub minute 400m, or row a sub 1:30 500m, or how many of them can do a muscle up, i am a long time fan of powerlifting i love the sport and have trained with power lifters, strength is crucial to any athlete, but for many sports like for example im a wrestler, so yes i do need strength but i also need flexibility, speed and most importantly muscle endurance and metabolic conditioning, and i cant get that through westside, so i do crossfit
blackbelt42boxer 2 years ago
not sure if a muscle up is necessary. and i could run a sub minute 400m. you can do the westside method for the strengthening aspect of your workout and then do other stuff to stay in condition. conditioning yourself just takes the will to push yourself. strengthening takes much more than that because not all programs work well. if you did the westside method as your strengthening program you would see much greater gains. you dont have to be 275 lbs to do it. it works for all people
phatneazy 2 years ago
I have used the westside method, its great, i like many crossfitters have 2 parts to my workout, a strength WOD (powerlifts/oly lifts/ calisthenics/gymnastics/ etc.) and a met-con, crossfit is also for everyone, u see we are not so different, we just have different goals, both crossfit and westside are BRUTAL as hell
blackbelt42boxer 2 years ago
I would ditch gay fit, if I were you. And, I would bet any wrestler who doesn't do cross fit would smoke your ass.

he said that because athletes require sport-specific training, which crossfit does not offer. it is to get you in good all-around shape, not get you ready for a certain sport. doesn't mean it's a joke.

whats the point of being crappy at everthing

HAHA! What a bunch of fags, especially that guy on the flkoor. That's the look of a defeated loser, in my opinion. When I do this workout, I actually do real pull ups and 55lb swings. CrossDress fag practitionors need to step it up because they're making a bad name for people who exercise.
rockad1054 2 years ago
If crossfit is so easy and for fags why do the Navy SEALs and US Marines tailor their workouts programs to crossfit? Is phatneazy trying to say that every Navy SEAL and Marine is a weak little fag because they don't power lift like he does?

phatneazy 3 years ago
I think if your obsession with calling people faggots is basically just a projection of your own homosexuality. You realize you are weak, dumb, and pathetic, and will never get a decent looking woman.
It's okay though. We always need grunts in the work force too. I'm sure you'd make an excellent McDonald's cashier or something.
Calhexas 3 years ago
I'm also sorry you're not as strong or as fast as me. Maybe if you'd get Louis Simmons dick out of your mouth for two seconds and tried to vary your workouts a little (and actually learn good form) you'd make some decent gains and have something to show for it.
There's over 15 witnesses to each of the stats I mentioned, with 4 separate sets of documented data. That's the thing about exercise science, we write down everything. Sorry...you fail...again.
Anything else little girl?
Calhexas 3 years ago
nope you are just a liar. i thought you were strong but just a fag that liked crossfit which is gay. but as soon as you lied with those bs numbers you lost all credibility. and if you are in college you could easily walk onto the team with those numbers but the fact that you havent shows you are a liar. goodnight you bench only fag.
phatneazy 3 years ago
You're right...if I was at a college that had a football team I could probably make it. But I'm not...and I have no inclination to alter my education plans just so I can move to a different school and can go try to join a football team for one more year.
Not everyone has the same priorities dumbass.
Now go back to being a weak little punk who doesn't know anything about exercise and is nothing but an internet hardass.
