Wow your contact with the arms through all the transitions was awesome! I am just learning this and it is taught a little differently to me at certain parts as Sifu Francis Fong has made some small changes. I am going to try to emulate the way you maintain contact as you move around the dummy. Great video. Thanks! i hope more people catch this video as it shows great skill and hard work.
