  • @p1inthestreets Alonso without the best car wins the World Championships? He had the best car both years. In 2005 the Renault was as fast as the McLaren and much more reliable. In 2006 it was faster than the Ferrari, until it had the mass damper removed. Then the advantage it had in the corners vanished, that was where it had the advantage over Ferrari before. After that the only time Alonso won was when Schumachers engine blew itself to bits in Japan. Though same happened to Alonso in Italy.
