I will never EVER eat at a Taco Bell or KFC again in my life. These rats are a testament to poor standards of quality and this company should just shut down the entire chain. Absolutely disgusting. These rodents get into leftover cheeses, beans, batter, etc and leave droppings which are then served to customers.

I'll eat there because these guys know that their reputation is damaged and they want it fixed; otherwise they're done. This is an isolated incident and was caused by construction being done elsewhere, not due to conditions within the restaurant itself. Having said that I will hold the chives -- look what happened to poor Chi Chi's.

I work at a fast food store. Everyone knows there is 'what the franchise promotes' and what the store actually does. A store in one town could have tons of rats while the one next to it doesn't have anything of the sort. The only thing chains don't have in common: the food they sell.
