Einer seiner schlechtesten Tricks...amateurhaft. Nicht nur die beiden Tresore mit den verschiedenen Ketten...der ist aus dem Ding raus und hinter dem Kamerateam hergelaufen, sodass man ihn nicht sehen konnte. Und die "Zuschauer" an der Stahlplatte sind allesamt Statisten. Was lernen wir daraus, Kinnings? Wenn David Copperfield sagt: "Hier werden keine Kameratricks oder Schauspieler verwendet", kann man immer davon ausgehen, dass es Kameratricks und Statisten gibt! :D

While he was opening the song,the right hand was keeping something like a needle. May be he used it to unlock the Bracelet. He transformed into the guy in black with a white helmet while the one of police was standing in front of the safe. The VDO had made before not a real record.

A key point to remember in this trick, is they never actually show Copperfield in the safe. When Copperfield is placed in the safe, the cop blocks the view of Copperfield actually in fact being in the safe. I am willing to be this extremely important point. Observe this at 3:01. Copperfield is gone the very instant he climbes into the safe and the cop blocking the view is part of it.

@jy22077 you forgot its biggest flaw yet, which occurs at 03:23 (freeze frame), notice how the dark grey area beneath the chain on the right is larger in real than in the black and white video., which means it was clearly pre-recorded. I always laugh at people who believe in real magic, but magicians are nothing more than mediocre actors with a few tricks up their sleeve, who think they're above it all. Ooh I'm a sorry, it's an illusion, a trick is something a whore does for money, lol

@fredericg54 personally, my theory is that there might be a secret door on the back of the safe that was hidden from the viewers, and when the camera took its eye off the safe at 3:38, he opened that back door, climbed out, joined everyone else running out of the building, and used a camera trick to get under the orange sheet

look at how the orange X blanket at 5:50 is moving OPPOSITE to the which way the winds blows meaning that someone (i wonder who) was going underneath it. Its a camera trick

The first time I saw this on TV years ago, I noticed that the chains aren't in the same position in both footages of the safe. Look at 3:23.

Even the cops's hands don't match in the insert and the main image.

Copperfield has plenty of time to join the escaping group of people later on (you see several people joining the first group - he's one of them!) and run to the place where he reappears. ;)

@2040Rumely Look at 4:58 the guy in black with a white helmet, in a group coming from the left, joining the rest of the group, and then he's running faster than the others and disappearing quickly from view at the bottom of the screen, quickly running to... the platform where he will reappear! he looks like he could be Copperfield.
