Wish I still had this album. I had the original Lp called " Meet The Primates". Bought it initially because the cover art was so good. New York and California both had great Psych/Garage scenes in the 80's the West Coast was more Psych and the East more Garage. Great find here.
I agree with Zim, this stuff is really a treat to listen to. I always loved B sides. Thanx again for posting Hey Eriq and Blue Jaunte by the Amberjacks! Will keep checking back.
Does anyone know of a teenage girl rock group from Sacramento in the mid to late 60s, I just discovered them a few days ago and then had a stupid Al Bundy moment, forgot the name. I thought it was 'She' but it's not that name. Please help.
I was checking out garage bands of the 1960s and there's millions of them all over the world but this group from Sacramento, which I am surprised by, was formed by teenage girls and I blanked out!
sounds like George H.!!

I like that 'Knock On My Door' is not 'She'.
Also, SHE is awesome. All their songs are hits.

do you remember any of the lyrics perhaps. Or maybe you can tell me where and when you heard it? I'd be happy to research it a bit.
