@MissusFingerBottom This Jap Drama made him a house hold name "God, Please Give Me More Time (1998) (Japanese: 神様、もう少しだけ)" and yes he does have a low profile. Even tabloids, paparazzi can't locate where he live. When he finishes filming for the day, he just stays in his hotel room order rm service, play video games or go online. then he goes back to acting the next day. lol!!!

@DoYouLikePineapple he's one of the big three comedians in Japan, Sanma Akashiya. other two are Takeshi Kitano and Ken Shimura if u wonder. He owns many TV shows but this show's host is the other guy. And you probably saw Pikachu on Sanma Goten.

i know that he's half japanese, but bc he got famous through the hongkong film industry, so i wasn't sure, if he was raised in Hongkong and therefore weren't able to speak japanese. My parents are from hong kong, but bc i'm living in europe i can't speak mandarin, and my cantonese isn't fluent...

to do it more. so he ran again and leaped on top (of the wall building),

standing on top of that, halted abruptly and got scared. so that's why from

that moment, he couldn't do it. so sanma asked him "you thought 「what if

i died?」" and he said "i reckon so".

stunt, he ran and just before the wall, as he was about to take a leap,

the director would yell "CUT". so it'd looked as if he jumped. because it

was dangerous, he instinctively leaped backward.

the announcer asked Kaneshiro-san was there any difficulties because it's an action theme movie. as Kaneshiro-san was saying that it was tough but i tried my best then Sanma interrupted by talking animatedly about the dangerous scene, to which Kaneshiro-san replied that it wasn't him who did the stunts.

sanma only guessed it right in the end because of the China movie hint and that the last person said that he looked like a Westerner.

Hmm... the first one didn't get posted.. well the hosts (Sanma and the other guy that i don't know) had to guess who was the special guests. the people interviewed described/assumed Kaneshiro-san as a person who has bed hair when he woke up, hard to wake up, smells nice (it was a guy who said this LOL), sexy, can't stand the light but likes the moonlight, like a dog, poodle toy and a lot more...
