Best as I can tell, this is the deal: TMH is the catchy, cutesy, and very generic opening to the otherwise forgettable eroge Nursery Rhyme. And for some reason, a meme sprouted on Nico Nico Douga: carefully select shots from a particular anime and make a video set to TMH and designed to look like the opening to a generic harem anime. Worked great with Code Geass.

Acctualy it is Negima but not from the first series.All of these pictures include ep's from the OVA's and the countinuing series of negima that wuz from a negima. as you can see Negi is acctualy older in one of the pictures.
