The person you see coming down after the lion, is more of a guide and local caretaker, the lion Christian was released in a reservate, and though both him and his pride was used to humans, they hunted, and lived as wild lions in the reserve. What is amazing is that he became the pride leader, and by default, that should have made him very wary of anyone. The fact that he remembers the two of them with such great fondness and love, is just astonishing! :)
