  • lol im sanjay!!

  • Purple up or Kalkwasser. Keep calcium and light levels high and good water quality and give it time. It's a sod to get off the front glass though.

  • please tell me asap how to make your live rock purple like that--if its anything to do with the calcium level could u tell me how much to put in/how often or if tehres anything that i can buy like a filter to put it in automatically

  • The purple is Encrusting Coralline Algae it should grow happily in a healthy tank but if you get non it could be because a number of reasons 1.Have u checked water quality. Nitrate and phosphate levels salinity(salt level) and so on 2.Tank conditions: coralline tend to do best the class reef tank conditions high light intensity and high water flow (should be at lest 10x the tank volume per hour or more).

  • 6.If non of these you could try add in a product like purple up or/ and adding a small amount of new live rock with lots of coralline on it and scrapping some off into the water to help seed it in the tank.

  • The rock work is beautiful!
