@SephCat74 - I've noticed this when I'm focusing on analyzing the sensations I feel but if I do some slow, deep breaths (simple pranayamas) and just let it 'flow' through, the 'full of pressure' sensation eases off.

@Algrokoz I have been a fidgeter for most of my life, too. This past Thursday night I watched Solfeggio 528 Love Frequency video by mountainmystic9. The next morning, which was Friday, I woke up for the first time since I was a child without racing thoughts. I also noticed that my fidgeting (leg shaking) had stopped and I can concentrate better. After one viewing! Hope this helps!
