@zoroark555 Oh yeah I completely forgot he hasn't been used in a gym battle since the third one, and even in that he didn't do too well in. He loses so many battles outside of that too so I guess he deserves to evolve to actually be seen as useful to Ash. I think why Snivy and Oshawott aren't evolving is because Trip is eventually going to have a Serperior and Burgundy will probably have a Samurott later on, plus we've already seen Servine and Dewott in the anime so it be boring to see them.
