@batbunneh05 yeah i agree. i would love to have lived in a generation where so many great things had happened. NASA really doesnt have anything close the the early days of space exploration. They dont take as many risks as they did back then.
@cud0s We're as strong as ever. As for our leadership and especially our president...I'm not sure I can say we're as strong. We elected a Carter in 2008...so in 2012 we'll get our Reagan.
haha. i like that they said that this is man's last trip to the moon. i dont think so. or i dont hope so...xD

Look at that baby turn night into day! Such a pity my generation has nothing even remotely like this to experience firsthand.

usa is getting weaker and weaker. In 60s usa could put a man on the moon (!) and now can't even put a man into space :(

@cud0s it just politicians with wrong priorities that hinders the USA from going to the moon and mars
joachim2464 1 year ago 13
@joachim2464 How true! This set of politicians are so anti-American. NASA has given more than it has taken. Love this series!

I am 23. One thing I want to see in my lifetime is people on Mars or even just to leave Earth's orbit.

I could be happy walking on the moon but I dont think I would be happy being the guy that only had to orbit it!

@F22Raptor769 according to Mike Collins he enjoyed to orbit alone:)

@joachim2464 thats because he's a wanker! lol just kidding :)
Great documentary, I hope to work with ESA and NASA in 5-10 years. Space exploration is so much more than we can imagine.

@joachim2464 I heard something that collins was also gonna be commander of apollo 18 19 or 20 but that got scrubbed.
edridz132 6 months ago
@edridz132 Collins was offered the CDR position for Apollo 17 but he turned it down, and Gene Cernan got it.
