What an absolute work of fiction this seems. Gerry checks the apartment at 9.10pm, senses someone else in the apartment then goes outside to chat to a friend and eventually return to the tapas bar. Meanwhile, Jane walks right past him and his t.v. producer friend, Gerry does not speak however to say either "Don't worry, I've just checked, they're fine and I've been standing outside here since checking" or even " I was just inside and I felt the presence of an intruder" - nothing.

although i hope that lil girl is fine! but i think the parents deserve it coz they shouldn't have left their kids home alone! plus if gerry sensed a stranger he should've checked the room! he wouldn't have left them without making sure everything is safe! plus when they saw the stranger carrying a child. they should have looked real close to the child, to check that it's not theirs ( they should have split into 2 groups.)(the 1st group follows that stranger,the other checks the children!)

NO! No one "deserves" to have their child harmed because of poor judgement. In fact, we should be living in a world where even if you have a lapse of reason or judgement your fellow man's reaction is to help you correct it, not take advantage of it.

These two deserve to be charged wih chid neglect and endangerment, as those are crimes that can be proven against them.

so ok i trust the dogs instinct but what i don't get is, If their had been an accident and Maddies body was placed into the cupboard by her parents and if the couple who saw the man carrying a child toward the beach that was at 9.50pm , well how could the dog pick up the sent of a body in their car they hired 23 days later when it was meant to have been Gerry carrying Maddie toward the beach, so even this story don't add up,

only thing i believe in all this is the Dog,

There's nothing to say that they didn't move the baby's body after the fact. The manhunt was HUGE in this case, but it was also well planned. If the search was going to get anywhere near where Maddie's body was the McCann's would have known at least 24 hours in advance that the area was going to be searched. So, hypothetically, they go in the new rental car, move the body elsewhere so it can't be found, and there is decomp left in the car boot.

i live in a street and 3 doors from my house is the Chairwomen of our tenant association who's obese daughter in at uni studying and in a work placement to become a vet nurse, yet they have this huge white Alsatian dog for 5 years now and it NEVER GOES OUT barks ALL DAY they always going away for weekends and leave the dog alone all the time,
