There is no limit per computer. At least not when you can spoof all your hardware and have a client that doesn't report hardware information. In the last year or so I've created more accounts than any sane person would care to keep track of, four yesterday alone in a session where I was being high profile and therefore banned quickly.

Also, I have a full time job. Most griefers spend less time griefing than the average person spends watching TV or playing video games.
