if that was true, then I see no reason why Lorys uses japanese, he should use pal like everybody. The reason he uses it is because he thinks it gives him an advantage.

4 example, pal's faster than ntsc, should we block pal version?
the 3're legal, i didnt want it before 'cause jap seemed impossible 2 play in my console, but there're methods on youtube 2 solve it.
