Hey! Our character is 80% the same! The facial features like the hair and the beard are the same but mine is colored brown. My guy has small nose, and is a bit white.

Yea my Shepard gave the finger after the scene of him shooting Conrad. You're right I took that from when he signals Sidonis during the Garrus loyalty mission. Good Eye!!
