"The world would be a much better place without drug dealers" Drug dealers are created by prohibition. Legalization eliminates drug dealers AND creates amazing revenue that can be used to prevent addiction and rehabilitate those addicted.. Legalization is the only option!
@BeerPongPro1232 SORRY FOR THE DEKAY OF REPLY......If you want more government in your life,,if you believe people are incapable of making grown up choices- then yes- legalization is the only way.....but for me: I will believe self control is the better way
Awesome. I'm glad to know that there are members of the clergy that are out there helping keep drug users in a somewhat safe zone, even though we don't support interveinous drugs.
I think there should be more people like this, and I will be looking into helping my community the same way.
@LJARSONBECK hard drug users are the ones stealing and shit to get their money that effects all of us i smoke pot and i pay taxes i dont steal peoples tools and tvs. i have a very hard time seeing how i effect your life in even the slightest way. really id like to know
If you grow your own and keep it mainly for yourself not offering it to school kids- you are not infecting the standard of living. However, the pot trade in Central America has been a violent one for decades- Innocent Mexicans have died over the transport to America for decades- and now that violence spills over our boarders.
As for the hard drugs- I have yet to meet anyone in rehab that started with opium. personal woes ask for bigger things- it is the nature of the weak minded
@LJARSONBECK ok you are absolutely right those deaths are all because of it being illegal. now the green was legal taxes would drop in a few years there wouldnt be a national debt economic decline would be a thing of the past it would even create jobs. and those of us who do nothing wrong except getting stoned would stop being fined for something that has no reason to be illegal anyway.
I agree- it would be better suited to pay $20K for every dead drug dealer in America then send them to our prisons. With that $20K each entitled American could finance their homes more appropriately open a business or attend school. The world would be a much better place without drug dealers- and we would be without drug dealers if the weak willed feeble minded wimps in America could learn to live with drugs and just be themselves
Police arrested an estimated 872,720 persons for cannabis violations in 2007, the highest annual total ever recorded in the United States, according to statistics compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Of those charged with cannabis violations, approximately 89 percent, 775,137 Americans were charged with possession only. An American is now arrested for violating cannabis laws every 38 seconds.
Why are people being turned in too criminals for drugs. Money and Power In our government and in the undrground. Regular people just trying to live are caught between these two warring groups. For money and power.
This is the Number one question in the United States right now,But the Corruption of the politicians that are benefiting from the laws have prevented this from becoming brought into the public eye. Less media coverage .More pay offs, more job promotions, more money to fund their departments. The State governments thrive on this money,With slimy politicians eager to spend it.
"Idolatry is committed, not merely by setting up false gods, but also by setting up false devils; by making men afraid of war or alcohol, or economic law, when they should be afraid of spiritual corruption and cowardice." -- GK Chesterton
i dont normally support the church, but everything they are saying, i agree with...
i smoke weed, ALOT OF WEED, and i even say if the governments would just calm down about most drugs... i say the drug war is incentive to be a criminal... ooo its taboo LETS DO IT.. i know crack, coke, meth, smack, ketamine and alot of other drugs are VERY VERY VERY bad just for what they do to you morally, well im almost out of characters.. soo yeah, i support the church on this one opninion
1st: the power to regulate drugs needs to return to the states not the DEA
2nd.: States should not punish those who use drugs society doesn't like. Consenting adults should be able to use drugs if they like. Any crimes committed by them can and should be punished as normal. Drug crimes are caused by the illegal nature of it causing: a) unnaturally high prices, and; b) violence by folks who can't turn to the courts or police to settle disputes, enforce contracts
3rd: The CIA is the biggest importer of drugs into the United States...that's how they pay for all of their covert operations. (There was a CIA plane that crashed with FOUR TONS of cocaine on board.
As a former user and a current Pastor I think the "War on Drugs" is the most detrimental thing to actually helping addicts. It simply criminalizes drug users and causes society to judge people they don't even know. Please DON'T judge addicts. Most are common people who are caught up in something they didn't expect or plan. God Bless...
All preachers and ministers, as leaders of their communities, should research the medical marijuana issue, talk with patients and make a decision based on religion, common sense and what is right. God created this plant and a plant should not be outlawed in its' natural form.
Logic and reason are powerful and empowering things when an open mind is willing to look at all variable factors, anything is possible. I'm impressed and look forward to viewing and sharing the DVD. Thank you!
It's amazing that something so simple that anyone with any commonsense can figure out can get to this point.Failed policies, corupt gov't,repeating the same mistakes over and over with our tax dollar.
The War on Drugs is a Zionist, Kike-schemed strategy to destroy western nations. Legalize marijuna NOW, you fucking jew pieces of shit!!!!!!!

I disagree with you. I think that it is my right to stop people from doing what I don't like.
If they grow plants or consume food I don't like, I can kidnap them forcefully and hold them captive.
I would never use drugsk, and drugs are sick.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to finish my morning coffee and have a some breakfast before I take my prozac to stop my stomach from getting upset.
Remember folks, drugs are never the answer.

As humans we have free will, and, so long as we are not directly harming others, the government should have no say in how we run our personal lives.

Correct- unfortunately drug users affect everyone's lives negatively- without exception!!

The most enlightening comment in this video was the following (paraphrasing):
The War on Drugs has caused more harm than the drugs themselves!

The only people that benefit from the War on Drugs are Government employees corrupted by the big bucks and criminals that make money from the policy.
