@swugirl24 what's happening is a big lack of resources for culture, public structures, research and so on. It is also happening that working and earning has became a privilege for few because lots of businesses are closing. The worst thing that happened is maybe the tv system that doesn't propose plurality of views so the new generations are feeded with just the big brother and similars. The result is a population not really relaxed and mentally blasted.
