you can use it freehand.. just pointing your mouse and clicking on a drum or cymbal will make it "play" it.. or even better use a Korg nanopad/nanokey to control it.

Addictive drums are SOOO cool.. you can even do beats that will sound like REAL drums unlike most other software!.. the samples are impressive to say the least! ..and I'm a drummer, so I'm picky aout this stuff.

you can program any beat you like in your sequencer but if you want realistic drummer feel it's best to play it in with a e drum kit via midi.

Wow, so i downlaoded the demo, and now everything is installed(the sounds and stuff ) except there's no .exe file or whatever, so the program doesn't open, and the sounds are played by a piano, not by a drumset, so i'm wondering wtf, could it be because i only have a stock sound card from the motherboard? My comp sucks ever since windows xp has been installed last week, i can't install shit... help!!

It's a plugin, meaning you need a host program to run it.  So get something that runs VSTs.

Had to watch it again more closely. Downloaded demo. Yeah, I'm so getting this. This software really is the best if you alternate between acoustic and more electronic stuff. Best of both worlds. Check out KJ Sawka's videos, they'll blow your mind.
