The firefighter is assisting the "downed firefighter" with a simulated mask failure on a new face piece hooked to a RIT pack.
It was discussed the need to make sure the floor is stable enough to put additional weight on. If needed a door is removed to provide a means to disperse the weight prior to approaching the victim.
Whats the FF doing laying down near the wall? I would think that he's in the wrong position if something goes wrong...
