@brett ya they're "just pinks" but the handling is representative of any fish handled by these guys. So if it's a steelhead or something more prized, we all lose out. Best treat all fish the same!
All these people telling you to treat the fish better can take it easy. They're pink salmon; there are millions and millions of them... No big deal...
Thats not fishing, theese guys pumps the Trouts adrenaline to maximum and they will not survive with any help, you can clearly see that he lifts the fish over the surface.
if your going to release the fish then you shouldnt beach the fish, it rubs off their slime , gets debris into their gill plates and generally harms the fish,
VERY poor treatment of the fish guys. Have you ever had sand in your throat? Makes it kind of hard to breath... Respect the fish. Dragging them up on the sand can block air in their gills... Nice video though and good footage.
